You know what has to be the scariest thing about Red? Since he doesn't speak I always thought this implied that he didn't even give his pokemon commands. He just stands there. He doesn't even have to speak, his pokemon are so well trained and amazing they can kick the shit out of yours without even obeying any commands.

There he stood. The legend turned myth, Red. Standing about a foot taller than me, the boy had the aura of a trainer who’s time had passed, yet who’s very being refused to be overcome by a new age. Radiating not just raw power but a fiery passion for his skill, this was a warrior who hadn’t faced a true challenge in years. As he turned towards his newly arrived opponent the air of Mt.Silver’s summit seemed to turn with him. Eye’s hidden by the tired old cap on his head, a single poke-ball positioned in the palm of his hand remained visible -a small lighting bolt sitting just slightly above the ball’s center. With a heart turned gold and a single frigid breath, I held out my partner’s capsule and pressed the small button in the middle. The Champions Battle had begun.

Oak: Gold its time for ur final battle. Gold: Ok. A while later on mt. silver Red: ..... Gold: *starts crying.

I finally figured out why Red is so special. More special than all the other champions like Cynthia. He's the only champion that was us. A player character that keeps on returning. Like most people returning to the games and playing them, he represents us and building our team, becoming the best. People can argue that other champions are better, and they may be right; but none can or will ever hold a candle to how special Red is. Because he is us.

The opening sounds like a sinister piano. I have heard scary piano, creepy piano, creepy scary piano, creepy scary out of tune piano, but never a truly evil sounding piano. Great job.

The last Pokemon game final boss: you find yourself in a somewhat familiar place. An old man comes across you hooded, carrying only a bag and Pokeballs. You see a Pokemon come out from the ball and hear familiar music. This by far will be the toughest opponent you have ever faced. A trainer who somehow rose his Pokemon above the 100 level limit. You somehow come up with the strength to defeat him. After the battle, the hooded figure walks off and something falls out of his bag. You see only one object, a hat. You instantly know, this was him. This was the Pokemon trainer known as Red.

This theme is fantastic. This remix really captures the situation when facing Red. The chorus makes it sound like it's a blizzard and it just feels like the battle to end all battles.

I think they need to make a Pokemon Orgins Season 2 for Gold's adventure and for all of the other gens.

This remix and everything about this video screams epicness. I love what you did there with the synthesiser while keeping the 'Ah' part of it which gives it an imperial epic proportions theme which is exactly what the championship battle should convey, I can tell you for a fact, If I was to switch on and fight red with this in the background, I would literally hide in the corner like a little girl. Right now that hopefully only stays in the stuff of nightmares

I want a 30 minute extension of this...it is so godly; the replacement of wind instruments with the sound of a chorus is amazing. It puts a whole new perspective on Red for Gold meeting up with him...I mean, no other pokemon trainer is as amazing as Red...I don't think anyone or thing can top him; and this is just one amazing tribute to dedicate his honor. Good job on making this; and congratulations.

There's a place between Johto and Kanto, a hallowed mountain called Mt. Silver. People say only the strongest and most vicious pokemon lives there. It scares even the bravest of the trainer, the only place that you haven't set your foot off after your long journey. You already on the very top now, collecting all the gym badges from both regions, beating both the champion (Lance) and former Kanto champion (Blue). So, you've made up your mind, hoping that you'll get new challenges along the way. You climb higher and higher, but seems the mountain never ends. It's very cold, dark, and the pokemon there are relentless. You almost running out of supplies and finally, there's a light at the end of the tunnel. You've reach the summit. The light is blinding, there's only white as far as eyes can see. It's hailing but somehow you catch a glimpse of a person that standing in front of you with small yellow pokemon in his shoulder, staring at the cities far far below. You can only see his back, but somehow he seems familiar and you realize.. it's him. You knew the stories about him: The pokemon trainer who single-handedly destroyed an entire evil organization, the trainer who have bested the dragon master, and the former rival of Blue, taking his title just right after he became a champion. It is said that he consumed by his quest to be the very best so then he goes missing, never contacting anyone for these past 3 years, not even his mother. The legend that people only dare to whisper, The Pokemon Trainer Red. Equipped with this realization, you walk towards him. Your footsteps echoing along the way and he turn around and facing you with his piercing gaze. His most trusted companion, Pikachu, goes down from his shoulder and stand in front of him, ready to battle at the command of his master. He's not saying a word and neither will you but you understand that this is going to be your last challenge, your final battle, at the highest point in the region, against the legendary trainer himself. Then, you hear his theme starts...
