Token Black had a particular bar “Metal 65 no cap like I’m 56” 65 on the pokedex is Alakazam who stays gripping metal. 56 on the pokedex is Mankey, when he debuted on the anime he yoinked Ash’s hat so that’s why its “No cap”

I watched a reactor that pulled out a pokedex saying he would need it to catch Token's bars, then didn't catch this, so I don't feel bad for missing this entirely.

CTC's line about pressing B when Metapod hits level 10 is because Butterfree's pokedex number is 12. He presses B to prevent Metapod from evolving because "fuck 12"

Last verse "Waste my time and space, they'll find your spirit in a lake" In Diamond and Pearl the cover legendary pokemon represented time and space. In those games the story partially based around three lakes, which all had spirits in them, which were pokemon.

The garbage bag and ice-cream were from gen5, not gen7. Gen7 actually had some consistently fantastic designs, but the main issue were with the games themselves and how they kept holding your hand and force-feeding you storylines.

@@Creepy___ Actually the "gem that rests in dirt" referred to the "Gem" items that were introduced in black and white but got removed from the game entirely in the next game. Except for normal gem, which got nerfed.

7:35 I respect the time to look something up when you don’t understand it. *so many* people (reaction-ers in this case), when they don’t understand it, they’ll just say “it’s stupid” or “it doesn’t make sense” or something. That shit is so annoying. And for anyone one actually reading this, Yes: I would *rather* watch you research something to understand it, than watch look like a dumbass. Dread Dads Podcast this type of reaction would completely clowned on if the people in the video watched it. Just give them a shoutout you don’t add a single thing to the experience of watching the video you guys caught less than 5 bars and they were all low brow. There were plenty of other reactions People did where they understood basically nothing and only reacted for the views we didn’t need another. And support them? Cmon you know you reacting for your own money.
