I really want to thank you for highlighting Brock and Ludicolo's relationship - and small implied moments on how it sees Brock as its psedo-father - also pointing out on looking fully chastised too, when Brock was lecturing his parents. The small moments you point out gives a WHOLE lot more characterisation to these Pokemons!

I wish if you had mentioned that Lombre actually trusted Ash as well as there was a moment in Anime where Ash assumed the role of his trainer and he followed whatever Ash said. This goes on to say that Lombre is so connected to Brock that he considers Brock's friends as someone trustworthy to follow

That's a good thing to mention! There are a lot of episodes where Pokemon follow the orders of others so I didn't think it was worth inputting, but I like the way you positioned it

I used to think that Ludicolo was a Pineapple. But looking Brock's Ludicolo's Battle Record. We just get to know how little he actually got to battle but had a major part on his team. Anyways great class.

I could relate with Lotad because I needed speech therapy as a child but through patience and positive reinforcement I went on to become a hard working straight A student and graduated both college and grad school. I wish Ludicolo had more major battles.

I love Brock just leaving behind Ludicolo for his siblings, because he knows that Ludicolo loves performing and that his siblings loved Ludicolo. Do feel bad for Ludicolo when Brock was yelling at his parents. He was trying desperately to apologize to Brock, when he did nothing wrong and Brock probably not upset at him since he had no control over his parents moves. Also they are not the best parents if they just leave their children behind, like at least get Brock back home to watch them or something.

Brock is the perfect companion he can give u tips on training, battling, and raising pokemon. He is a very competent pokemon doctor and is actually a very gud battler, imagine if Brock actually wanted to b a pokemon trainer he wub b 1 of the top trainers overall regardless of region and he is gud at picking his friends out of dey despair and helping dem bounce back better den eva. Wish we got more episodes involving Ludicolo. If Brock took him during Battle Frontier, I would have loved to see him and Marshtomp develop a whole lot more Bonding together (not that they hadn't done that already). He could've became a big brother to Bonsly. I enjoy the Bonding that he has with Brock. Those two are quite a pair. Plus, Ludicolo is one of my favorites in the Hoenn Region. I even used him along with my Swampert throughout the game. Loved the Pokémon and still Love that Pokémon today!!!

Reasons why you’re awesome: I’m too damn old to watch this anime with team rocket interrupting crucial matches. These episodes are too many seasons to follow thoroughly with my schedule & other anime to watch. I haven't watched the AG anime. I realize now that I have Brock's taste in Pokemon. I love both Ludicolo and Croagunk/Toxicroak.

I always preferred the Ludicolo line to its counterpart, the Shiftry line. Brock's patience and understanding is a great example to kids watching the show, though he could have taught Ludicolo more moves! ;-)

Ludicolo is one of my favorite Pokémon, so obviously the fact a main character owns one is cool. In fact I think all of my favorite Pokémon have been owned by Ash, one of his companions, or Team Rocket. One time I had a dream where Kiawe had caught a Ludicolo and it was weird but when I woke up and thought about it I was like “huh, that could actually work in a strange way”.
