11:40 I've heard the reason they mostly do that is because the people in suits tend to have serious problems from being stuck in those suits in the hot sun. And apparently they are NOT allowed to take them off (not even the head) in public view, they need to find a private area first. Even if they're loosing consciousness, they need to gtfo before they they hit the deck in front of everyone. 21:40 I took one look at the new version after you mentioned it and I for one was taken back.
