Where I live, there are basically NO Zubats. I have only seen 2 on the Nearby list, and I am a level 16. The only Zubat I have came from an egg.

Where I live the only thing I have seen close is growlithes too bad I live so far out in the sticks they hardly ever spawn. Then in the nearest town it is a mix of zubats, pidgeys and spearows, two towns over is pidgeys , spearows, weedles, rattata and eevee, 3 towns over is paras, pidgey, vulpix, weedle, Rattata, and starter pokemon (caught pikachu, squirtle, and charmander in the same half hour in the same subdivision) Also two towns over has awesome spawns. I can catch more pokemon walking around a specific subdivision there than I can at a double lure (about twice as good as a double lure actually) Too bad it and the mall are the ONLY decent places to catch pokemon there and there are no poke-stops near them except for one poke-stop on private property featuring a piece of particularly well done grafitti.

No, you don't. Everyone gets that many Pidgeys and Rattatas.

There are Pidgey nests too though. Whenever you go near it at least 2 or 3 pop up.

not a glitch people! it is an intional feature! they programmed the removal of the tracking system intentionally. it reduces server load and is why we don't have crashes every day. you can live without the tracking system, or suffer crashes, the devs have decided... no tracking system... sorry...

Though it is only reasonable to believe they will add back soon, once the server problems are sorted out.
