At this point I'm firmly convinced Legends Z-A news will not show until after Pocket has released and has been out for a few weeks. Seems TPC really want it to be the focus.

@@JamiePokemonTrainer ZA won't come out till after the switch 2 is dropped. Meaning it will be compatible for the switch 2. The game designers have been working from the switch 2 platform to build.

@@JamiePokemonTrainer no, I'm assuming they release a version for the switch 2 and a separate version for the switch 1. Most in between generation console games do this. Either that or the game will only be for the switch 2. Why would they release a new game only playable on an outdated console?

@@Cheekiemoney they are not releasing two versions of the game on both consoles. No chance that is happening. If backwards compatibility is a thing, then Legends ZA will be a Switch game that can be played on the Switch 2. But no way they are creating Legends ZA on Switch and a Legends ZA on the Switch 2. Also Pokemon doesn't move on to the next console straight away.

Cringe or not (I do think it's the worst mobile game so far, due to Niantic's poor handling)... It's clear TPC want players to play, and likely the reason why Legendaries are Shiny-locked in SV. TPC wants players to catch the Shinies in GO.

@@dragragemark1629 It is fun, but Niantic is taking or sucking a lot of fun out of it with a lot of Pay-to-Win or money grabbing tactic that is kinda ruin their games, and look like purposely too because they had other games too but they ruined it and shut them all down for some reason tbh, I think TPC should drop Niantic as sole creator and just make them work on the UI mapping and such while give a better company to deal with all the gaming stuff (plus all other games that Niantic has or had tbh), so yeah

Tera raids mean nothing, we don't know the Starters tbh, my guess is Torchic, Snivy and Piplup, I know Torchic third stage has a Mega Evolution, but that means nothing because Slowbro has a regional form as well as a Mega Evolution that everyone forgets tbh, also may also open the door for a Regional Mega Evolution like regional forms and Evolutions getting a regional Evolution hasn't been done yet, so a quite possibility may happen, if we get new Mega evolution tho or just get the usual tbh, we assume we get new Mega Evos, but what if it is the latter and we get none, a food for thought tbh

Pokemon Trading Card Pocket is enough to keep fans entertained until we get Legends ZA in November 2025. I still believe the upcoming main series game is going to be released in November and the next batch of news won't be until February next year. Just makes sense to releasing pokemon games in the holidays for holiday sales. It wouldn't be in the Switch 2 reveal because it is not a Switch 2 game.

@@Yusei255 no it isn't. It is confirmed as a Switch game from the trailer. It is not a Switch 2 exclusive game and that is a fact. However if backwards compatibility is true then the Switch 2 can play the game.
