I think stall is no longer helpful this gen after toxic was made unavailable for most pokemon. I do use stall pokemon such as blissey but I make sure to carry revenge killers like dragonite.

I feel when you lose while playing an entire stall game, whatever you say at the end is invalid

I have an idea, maybe use klutz Swoobat with trick and assault vest to trap Toxapex, and then changing the toxic orb of Gliscor to Chansey.
