instead of Nintendo coming to them saying "Hey you can get your own gym in pokemom sun and moon", there should just be a new online feature "Gym Zone", where you cam build and post your own gym, and people can challenge it, and also, once they meet you, they can either fight a cpu, or send a notification to you that they have reached you, and once you accept it, you battle them in your gym DONE

And then there were no gyms in Sun and Moon... xD

Easily bested by a Marowak with the Ability Lightning Rod and the move SmackDown. Electric moves would, regardless of what type you made Marowak, fail to damage it and also boost it's Sp. Atk. SmackDown would remove Levitate and Magnet Rise effects thus rendering ALL of your team weak to Ground once again. Then it's time to drag your team to the Bone Zone! B- Bonemerang... I'm talking about Bonemerang.

i loved this amazing idea but if i were to add on you should make it so since you trick people you give them like an empty gum package instead of the badge. the trainer walks outside and a text box comes up stating "Wait, This isnt a badge!!! Its a pack of gum!!!" you can also make it say "You reach in for a piece of gum, its sadly empty" YOuw ould have to backtrack through the gym to confront you and then actually get the badge.

I have a suggestion; when you give the trainer volt switch, you should say something along the lines of "When you battle, always plan to trick people. You seem like a pretty clever trainer. There's only one more badge to go. Do to the final gym leader what I did to you. After that, well... never stop using that Noggin." followed by Majora laughing in the distance... Or in one of the random arcade machines.

My team would be a normal type pokemon and I would not have a gym. I would just be a "random, unimportant" person in a pleasant little town. It would be up to the trainer to find me. The trainer would have to put the "talk to the people" advice to use and would have to ask people in the town whether they've seen me or not in hopes of tracking me down. Sense, knowing myself, I would be out doing whatever I want until I meet the next trainer XD. That being said, how soon or quickly you find me would be up to luck or how selective you are. And, by "selective", I mean you choosing who you talk to wisely. Going by the fact in the world of Pokemon your not the only Pokemon trainer and certainly not the first or last who wants to show his/her stuff. You may end up end up running into other trainers who'd want to "warm up" before finding and battling me or townies/trainers posing as the "gym leader" to show off their skills. So, again you'd have to be very careful. But, then again you could walk into a pokemart and find me at random and, we'd just start the battle. Fortunately, there would not be a gym so, you can just run to a Pokemon center or pokemart within close proximities anytime you want so, battling trainers or me should not put too much of a dent in your resources. Also, my location in the town would change at different times in the day. So, if you're looking to find me quickly, then check every area and be very selective of who you talk to. Not only would I be amongst townies but, I'd talk like them too. I could talk to you as if I want you to go on a side quest for example. And, if you were to deny my side quest I would probably ask "Then what do you want?" a little before finding out you're a trainer. Though, my reactions to you would be different every time you should be able to initiate a battle with me by bothering me a little. To me, you'd just be another townie so, my reactions wouldn't exactly shout "WELCOME TRAINER!!! TIS I!!! THE GYM LEADER!!!". Once you find me, the battle will start where we are. If you lose, you can go heal up your pokemon and start again. If you win, I'll just give you a badge and tm, saying "Congrats" and go on my merry way. My pokemon would be Stoutland, Audino, and Persian. My strategy (like many trainers) would revolve around hitting where it hurts the most and leaving an aftermath that staggers you and your team in order to take you down as soon as possible (sense, I'd still want to do anything I want later XD my dumb ass). So, my team would not be anything to sneeze at even though they're just normals. If you were to ask me "Why don't you have a gym?" I'll answer, saying either "Expensive, takes to long to build, and I don't need it.", "Because....everywhere is a battle field.", or "Well, why should I when I can go and meet whatever trainer comes my way? Beats waiting around in some random building in my opinion." Each reaction would depend on how much you "bother" me. The town sign would say "Welcome to [insert town name here], a pleasant little town. Fair warning to trainers: This is also the home of our *awfully flighty normal type **-gym leader-* trainer :)" tl;dr version: I'd be a crap gym leader XD.

I WOULD WANNA PLAY THE GAME AND FIGHT IN THAT GYM CUZ ITS SOOOOOO COOL AND SUCH AN ORIGAL IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My gym would be primarily psychic type, but with a fair few fairy and dragon types. It would be based around a fantasy sorcerer castle with one huge tower, with a spiral staircase leading up to a huge glassless window at the very top. Every now and agin, gym trainer would block your way, and once in range, ask a player a riddle revolving around a certain pokemon (getting harder as they go on) and the player would have to guess between several options about which pokemon this is. Guess wrong and you get reset to the base of the tower. Guess right and you initiate a battle with the trainer, who will be using one or more of the pokemon that the riddle adressed. I would want to be the second to last gym leader, and be in a fantasy style, fairly large town- possibly with a couple of npcs who would give hints for my riddles if you kept guessing wrong.

Gym number: 8 Gym type: Steel Badge: Beam Badge (as in steel beams) Gym design: A steel factory Gym trainers: Mine workers, factory workers and scientists. Gym trainer pokemon: Klang, Klinklang, Steelix, Metang, Bronzong, Magneton, Magnezone, Bisharp, Torkoal, Heatmor, Camerupt. Puzzle: Switching circuit breakers on/off which will start or stop steel presses blocking paths. Leader team: Skarmory, Steelix, Metagross and Mega Aggron. TM for winning: New move: Smelt (removes fire weakness from steel types for 1-3 turns.)

I would be the third gym leader. It resembles a botanical garden, with roselia all over the place. Essentially, it would be a maze with trainers all around the place. At the end, there is a greenhouse where I sit. My team would be lvl5 hoppip, lvl6 Bell sprout, and my ace would be a lvl 15 bayleef.

It honestly sounds like it could still be a ghost type gym... But eh Rotom Main.

Finally a duel type gym! I would be a fire/dark(I really like houndoom XD) The town would be darkish, charred, burnt by a volcano a long time ago. (My first game played was hoen so you can guess where this is inspired from) Upon entering the gym(Scorch Gym)You would be greeted by a zigzagoon, confusing you. It runs off and you go to follow it. It leads you to a dark room with only a couple of fires lighting the way. You must follow the Zigzagoon to get further, the problem being the delays from the maze and grunts(Mostly consisting of pokémon like arcanine, liepard, Umbreon, Ninetails, as you notice they're all evolved forms) After completing the stupid maze, I prefer one puzzle gyms, you meet me, the leader. Zigzagoon climbs into my shoulder and gives the iconic cry. I say that he had been my first pokémon, and will always hold a spark in my heart even if he is unusual for his typing. The battle begins. My team consists of four pokémon, Treveant- whose grass typing helps in case you brought water types Blaziken- It's fighting type makes it a good foe and it was my OG starter in real life Absol- Because this pokémon is the bringer of destruction, much like how destruction was brought to this town Houndoom- This will always be my last pokémon, and will become mega evolved upon entering, as I share a strong connection with my pokémon. His stone is attached to his chain collar, as mine is attached to my chain necklace(As The Scorch Gym leader I think it would just a very edgy me X3) All my pokémon are strong, I am the eighth(or seventh)gym after all! They fight fiercely. Upon winning I give you a badge of a shadowy figure with fiery eyes, it is called the "Dark fire badge" I also give you the TM, Blazing Moon, a move I made up myself. It is only able to be learned by dark pokémon. The move creates a moon-white blaze that always leaves the attacker with burn and restores the pokemon's health each time the other is burned, much like leech seed. I say it is because "This town was ruined, its pokemon were ruined. All from burning to a crisp. Take this move and use like I have, to revive those caught in a fire" And with that Zigzagoon jumps of my shoulder, you see a flash of everstone as they go to great the next trainer.

If I had my own Pokemon Gym, I'd have it be the Final Gym in the region, using Dark-Type Pokemon with Levels around the Mid 40's. My Gym would be a Large, Dimly-Lit Warehouse, with Storage Crates forming a sort of maze, and around 4 Gym Trainers. The Gym Trainers would have 4 Pokemon each between Levels 38-42, consisting of a mixture of Absol, Sharpedo, Zoroark, Pawniard, Drapion, Sableye, Spiritomb, and Honchkrow. Defeating these trainers will turn on more of the lights, making the Gym Brighter. I'd use 5 Pokemon, all of them being Dual-typed. Their Theme would be focused around Disruptive and Underhanded Tactics. My First Pokemon would be a Level 43 Houndoom (Dark/Fire) with it's Hidden Ability "Unnerve," and would know Thief, Will 'o' Wisp, Flamethrower, and Protect. It would also be holding a Charcoal. My Second Pokemon would be a Level 44 Skuntank (Poison/Dark) with it's 2nd Normal Ability "Aftermath," and would know Thief, Toxic, Venoshock, and Swagger. It would also be holding a Black Sludge. My Third Pokemon would be a Level 45 Weavile (Dark/Ice) with it's Normal Ability "Pressure," and would know Thief, Low Sweep, Double Team, and Ice Punch. It would also be holding a Razor Claw. My Fourth Pokemon would be a Level 46 Malamar (Dark/Psychic) with it's 2nd Normal Ability "Infiltrator," and would know Thief, Psycho Cut, Switcheroo, and Flash. It would also be holding a Ring Target. My Final Pokemon would be a Level 48 Luxray (Retconned to Electric Dark) with it's Hidden Ability "Guts," and would know Thief, Crunch, Wild Charge, and Facade. It would also be holding a Flame Orb. Once the Player defeats me, I would give them the Renegade Badge, which would look like a Small, Broken Shield, along with TM46-Thief. The kind of lesson I as a Gym Leader would try and teach the player is that no strategy or tactic is inherently wrong, and one must be prepared for a scenario where they will be purposely placed at a disadvantage. I would then wish them luck on their Pokemon League Challenge.

I love how every poketuber that makes a gym makes it one of the last gyms and always makes an elaborate gym that is competitive and covers all types while having no exploitable weaknesses.

I know there are no dark type gyms, but Bisharp is one of my favorite Pokémon. It would be inside the carnival of my city, the mirror room specifically. When they come to me, I start with Umbreon, then Scrafty, Pangoro, and finally the hardest battle Bisharp. I give the TM Foul Play. I’m a bit depressed considering my dad and brother are a higher gym leader and elite four member respectively, and my type is frowned upon by the city. The elite four member Dad influences the town to stop hating me because being EVIL TYPED does not make you EVIL!

I would TOTALLY challenge your gym! We've got Mario Maker, Pokémon Gym Maker anyone? That would be tricky, but wow it could be fun!

My gym would be a Ghost one, probably the 6th, themed around the pokemon of the past. As soon as you enter you would cross some kind of portal which would lead into an ancient temple. You would have to cross several rooms guarded by armors. In each room you'd read an enigma which indicates the pattern you must follow to cross the room safely. If you fail, the statues will come alive and attack you with pokemon created centuries ago, such as Golett, Honedge, Doublade, and Yamask. Eventually you'd reach a throne room, home to the gym leader dressed as the overlord. I would use the following pokemon : Spiritomb, Pressure, lv 38 Ominous wind Hypnosis Dark pulse Sucker punch Golett, No guard, lv 38, Dynamic punch Shadow punch Bulldoze Iron defense Cofagrigus, lv 38 Shadow ball Infestation Curse Rest Aegislash, the ace, lv 41, Item : Leftovers Sacred sword Iron head Shadow sneak King's shield This would be a very challenging battle, for as you can see the team has few weaknesses. Dark types, the only true weakness of ghosts, are countered by spiritomb and the others' Fighting moves. Furthermore , each pokemon on its own can be very dangerous : golett inflicts confusion and boosts its Defense, Spiritomb inflicts Sleep and can boost its stats with Ominous wind, and Cofagrigus deals damage over time while trapping opponents with Infestation + Curse. Finally, Aegislash hits really hard and can be hard to predict with its King Shield (Sword dance seemed far too op on it... so i'm merciful) When, with strategy and luck, you manage to overcome the last of my pokemon, I'll give you the Ancient badge and the TM Shadow Ball before sending you back to your dimension.

Now that's an awesome idea for a Pokemon gym! Hey Nintendo, get on that!

Holy Crap Man. THIS should have been the Lumiose City Gym in Pokémon X and Y. You would make a way better character than Clemont and your Gym would be ten times more fun. It was Clemont who got me sick to death of electric type gyms since every single region except johto has one, but I would 100% support your gym getting made and becoming real.

My own gym would be the following: Type: Dark Pokemon Level: 36 - 44 Gym Number: Gym 6 or 7 Puzzle: A maze with a completely dark screen. Using flash or similar would make you battle a trainer, all of which use 1 random dark-type pokemon. My Team: Greninja - Water Pulse, Shadow Ball, Arial Ace, Dark Pulse Weavile - Dark Pulse, Curse, Cut, Ice Beam Umbreon - Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Psychic, Quick Attack Rewards: The 'Shadow Badge' (Dark-Type moves deal 1.1x more damage) + TM containing Dark Pulse

I would have a Fairy Type gym. It would be the 6th gym. The gym would be based on music. Trainers would need to travel through the gym by running on a staff and hitting the right notes at the right time. The last staff would have a dotted quarter note followed by an eight note, both at least an octave's length from each other. There are 4 sections in the gym: A brass section, a woodwind section, a string section, and a percussion section. The brass section would contain a trainer with Clefable. The woodwind section would contain a trainer with Sylveon. The string section would contain a trainer with Whimsicott. The percussion section would contain a Pokemon breeder with Cleffa, Igglybuff, and Kirlia. When trainers enter my room I would be holding a baton and say this, "Moderato, Piano, Allegro. Who cares? All music is beautiful in my eyes. Let's see your own rhythm!" My Pokemon are Whimsicott, Gardevoir, and Wigglytuff. I would give out Hyper Voice and the Baton Badge upon defeat.

Why don't you give the ninja a Zoroark? That would also go along well with the theme of mindgames and trickery.

please read all of this MY GYM Type:Steel Layout:based on a corrugation centre with gurrdurs everywhere. Trainers:would include steelworkers, builders,scientists and at the end would be Colress. Trainers pokemon. Magnezone, magneton ,magnemite, and Klink. puzzle:you walk across a series of gurrdurs each one moving on its own acord. Theses are being moved by a bronzong that will later be on my team. Colress' Team:would be Magneton, Magnezone, Klinklang, Metagross and bronzong all at level 45 I am the 8th gym leader as steel type stats are good at that level. My team:Magneton that knows mirror shot, flash cannon,thunder wave and thunderbolt and it's ability is magnet pull also level 53 Mega Metagross that knows psychic, zen headbutt ,meteor mash and flash cannon and it's ability is clear body level 54 Bronzong that knows psychic, shadow ball ,gyro ball and flash cannon and it's ability is heatproof. level 55. Wishiwashi that knows Rain dance, Soak, Aqua tail and hydro pump with schooling ability and level 56 Klinklang that knows flash cannon, shift gear, thunderbolt and thunder wave and it's ability is plus. level 57 And my final pokemon would be Magnezone that knows thunderbolt ,flash cannon, thunder wave and mirror shot and it ability is magnet pull level 60. If I am beaten then I bestow upon you the mirror badge and tm flash cannon.

Your battle would be the cheapest thing since Whitney's MilkTank, I mean, Calm Yourself, it can be a fun battle too

okay i know this is super late but i just found this and honestly this was so amazing, i cant explain how much i loved this and want to battle this gym!

This was my favourite of all the "Make Your Gym" videos I've seen!! I would have a steel type gym, the theme is construction and to get to me you would need to move cranes that have steel I-beams on then and then walk on the I-beam path you made. I would be the 5-7th gym and I would have a Magneton, Bronzong, Metang, and Excadrill. (Magneton is for Electrical work, Bronzong is the lunch bell, Metang is to help put things away, and Excadrill is my drill) The trainers have Magnemites, Klinks, and Klefkis and one will have a Conkeldurr and Gurdurr. I will give you the "Build Badge" that looks like a hard hat and I'll give you the move Iron Defence.

I'd probably have a grass gym. Rather than the gym be in any specific town, it would be in a dungeon (ie. forest or jungle) similar to how Blaine was fought at the Seafoam Islands. The main attraction about it is that it is not obvious at first that you walked into a gym. There would be trainers along the way into the dungeon, but apart from them only having Grass type, there is nothing that really says you are approaching a gym. At the end, there would be a fork in the road: one side leading out of the jungle to the next route or town, and the other having a denser undergrowth. In the latter path is where the gym really begins. It is dark and hard to maneuver around. There would be few to no trainers here. The main puzzle would revolve around being ambushed by background elements, akin to Voltorbs or other mimic enemies. For example, Raffelsia's would come to life as Vileplumes, pitcher plants would attack as Victreebel, fly traps would lunge out as Carnivine, etc. Naturally you can catch them and they have their hidden abilities if applicable. Regardless, after defeating a Pokemon, it opens up a new path it was blocking. After getting through the gauntlet, you would meet a lone figure who introduces himself as a secret gym leader and challenges you to a battle. My Pokemon would be Exeggutor, Trevenant, Ferrothorn, and the evolved form of the newest grass Starter. These resist or counter any of the ambushing Pokemon that you may have caught, so don't rely on them. No clue what move they'll be centered around yet, so I'll just say it's a new move. Defeating the leader would get the Jungle Badge, which would look like a tree with a mess of dark vines surrounding it. TL:DR- Grass type gym in a jungle/forest dungeon with ambushing Pokémon a la Voltorb "items" replacing Trainers.

I have a rock type gym and have it only use the fossil pokemon! We can have it be an excavation site like clay in black while expect... portable... my gimmick would be that the gym is constantly on the move looking for new pokemon fossils and you the trainer just so happens to run into me. They’d battle random archeologists and such until they reach me! Sitting back doing nothing lol. I’d try to convince you or “stall” you into leaving the site until you convince me to battle. I’d ave some top tier fossil Pokemon with diverse typings with my ace being a Cradily with storm drain to shut down their starter pokemon immediately. My cradily will be as toxic as possible. Literally, it’d know toxic + infestation with protect and recover. My goal is to stall your team until you die from status effects. My badge will be the MOVEMENT badge, it’s shaped into a cardboard box overflowing with tools and such looking very fine. Ok that’s my gym I just really like the fossil Pokémon and cradily is my favorite mon so yeah

1st Gym - Steel typing The gym is going to be a huge, luxurious train. The trainers would spend most of their time in the passenger car trying to climb up to the front to meet the conductor, me. It would be different than the battle subway because rather than going through a bunch of empty cars to get to the front, the challenger goes through one or two really big and spacious passenger cars. It's only the first gym so it would be rather simplistic in design, but there would be obstacles, mostly taking the form of carts of food for the passengers. Of course once the trainer makes their way to the front, they'll be able to engage in battle with me. I'll have 3 Pokemon on my team: Aron, Magnemite, and Klink. My signature move would be Shift Gear to go along with my gym's overall theme of mechanical movement, and upon defeat I will award the player with a TM for this move as well as the Locomotive Badge.

Dark Gym, it has to happen eventually; Mine would be a night club, the main floor would be filled with people; walking through the crowd would initiate encounters with gym trainers hidden in the sea of people. Whether in battle or wandering the gym it's the same music pounding through the speakers; pumping you up. You make your way to the vip room, the last obstacle being two female punks who employ a double team of all 'dance' moves. (petal, dragon, teeter, ect) And then the final match begins, and the music shifts to Speed Metal boss music, or atleast the closest Gamefreak is willing to get. My team featuring as many different offensive type attacks to stay flexible against whatever you brought to the table; like a Sableye with Psychic for fighting types; Scrafty with Poison Jab for those pesky fairies, And Houndoom who just barbecues any bugs normally. (I'll leave the rest of the team open for potential gen-specific candidates.) And a gymleader mega-evolving their pokemon would be a surprise for sure, and Dark seems perfect for being the one to do it unprovoked! After coming out victorious, you get the Forlorn Badge, and a standing ovation from the dance floor while walking out.

I would love a open source / mod-able version of pokemon where you d be able to suggest such gym ideas and similar stuff submitted and chosen by a community or so wich is then playable

I have been thinking about my own Pokemon game where the region is based on the American eastern seaboard, excluding NYC and north because that's unova. You start in Maryland and get your Pokemon in DC (their equivalents at least) so I think the first gym would be on the Chesapeake bay, so I think you board a Krabler fishing boat and that's the first gym. It's a water type gym where you fight fishers and sailors, who mostly have various crab ish Pokemon.

Mine would be a gym based on scuba diving. You have to have a Pokemon that learns dive, and there are 3 stages of depth. The deeper you go the higher leveled the trainers you have to fight, and every battle starts with the Pokemon being immediately poisoned, as a gameplay equivalent of the bends or some other depth related sickness. The Pokemon I would have would be a Dragalge, (I'm probably spelling that wrong), a Huntail, a Cloyster and a Relicanth.

I love the idea of an arcade gym, although I would make a mixed gym, for one main reason. Themed trainers. Also, using a Battle Factory system for all battles except the Gym Leader. What if that Rotom flying around possessing arcade machines could challenge you to odd trainer battles. For example, a background change of Hitmonchan vs. Hitmonlee to look like Street Fighter. Hitmon Fighter. Manectric vs. Exeggutor for Manic the Manectric. Or the big one, Shiny Brelloom and Normal Brelloom Double Battle vs. Slaking and Turtonator for Super Brelloom Bros.

That would be such a cool gym! It would be cool if someone made a short little fan game out of the idea with everything explained. I'd play that!

I would have a fire type gym where every thing is dark, and you have a flashlight or something that gets brighter everytime you beat a gym trainer. It would be around the 6th gym, and I would use Magcargo, Whatever salandit's evolution becomes, Lampent, and the obvious Flareon all around high 30's to low 40's. They may introduce more fire pokemon I like in Sun and Moon as well, so this may change... The gym trainers would have Magmars, Litwicks, slugmas, and salandits.

Really good idea, but i think you should be the 8 Gym Leader, because if Trainers have to Over Level their Pokemon and go the next Gym and its not so hard it doesnt feel like the last Gym

I have many gym ideas A Water Gym where you must find your way through the fast currents. Hitting switches stop the currents yet active another current. It helping you or blocking you from moving on. This will be a late gym. The trainers will have various water types. One trainer is a troll with a lv 1 100 Magikarp with Splash. The badge is a Shell that represents the gym leaders main. Samurott

That battle would SUUUUUUUCK. Just... Owwwwww... My gym though... Hmmmm... Type: Steel Gimmick: Clock-work Design: The whole puzzle would be a giant cog-work clock with intricate design's both on the inside AND outside, and the different levers you pull effect the entire gym. Kind of like a more challenging combination of Platinum's Eterna and Sunyshore Gym's. Each trainer you fight would reveal a lever and each lever would affect the gym differently. The trainer's would have the standard Steelix's, Klang's and Magneton's, maybe a Skarmory and Magnezone for any Elite's worming their way into my gym. And the only way to get to me would be to set the clock to the player's current time. So if the player's at my gym during 6:17 REAL time, they have to set the clock to 6:17. My Team: Scizor, Klinglang, (if Gamefreak would allow it) Celebi and Dialga. (If not) Steelix and Aegislash. My reason? FUCK OFF FAIRY'S YOU AINT GOING NEAR MY GYM!!! THIS IS A NO-FAIRY TYPE AREA!!!

I have two similar Dark type gym ideas for an early gym and a late gym. EARLY GYM (something like 4th gym): Gym is in a large, abandoned factory. The factory is completely dark, and flipping a switch at the entrance will turn on moving spotlights that work as your only source of light, while also activating conveyor belts that let you move to different parts of the factory. There would only be two mandatory trainer battles, but if you walk into a spotlight you will set off an alarm and have to battle an additional trainer, so you need to use the spotlights to show the way to go but you have to make your way through in darkness. My gym battle would have three Pokemon; a Murkrow that sets up Tailwind, a Deino with Dragon Rage (which takes a good chunk of health off anything in early game, but Deino has Hustle so it may miss) and Thief, and a Spiritomb as my ace. Murkrow Lv22 : Tailwind, Wing Attack, Night Shade, Snarl Deino Lv22: Dragon Rage, Incinerate, Thief, Headbutt Spiritomb Lv25: Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Psychic, Sucker Punch LATE GYM (7th or 8th gym) Gym is also in a large abandoned factory, but the layout is more complicated and on two floors instead of one, and there are now five mandatory trainer battles. The moving conveyors will make a more difficult puzzle, and there is also an elevator to the gym leader at the end that requires you to flip three switches in total to turn on (two if you don't count the entrance switch). The gym battle would have five Pokemon this time and be much more difficult; it would have a Drapion with Toxic Spikes, a Sableye with Prankster, a Pangoro with Iron Fist, a Zweilous, and a Bisharp as the ace with Swords Dance and a Z-crystal. Drapion Lv50: Poison Jab, Throat Chop, Ice Fang, Toxic Spikes Sableye Lv50: Will-O-Wisp, Night Shade, Swagger, Foul Play Pangoro Lv50: Hammer Arm, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Parting Shot Zweilous Lv50: Crunch, Fire Fang, Head Smash, Dragon Tail Bisharp Lv50: Swords Dance, Sucker Punch, Iron Head, Night Slash (w/Darkinium Z) (I think it's funny that Pangoro doesn't even have a dark move lol)

My gym would me Magikarp type. You would fight Magikarps, and then I would have 6 Magikarps one of which I would Mega Evolve to be Megakarp. Then Megakarp would turn splash into Final Splash, which does 1 damage.

I would be the final gym but all bug type but the thing is everyone tells you its a water type gym and it looks like a water type gym so you bring no fire or rock types

OK as much as I love this, I gotta say the combo of mold breaker and earthquake trivializes your heavy hitters, and a Pokémon with mean look or shadow tag nullifies volt switch.

this would a cool feature, after you beat the game you can design your own gym similar to how Diamond/Pearl introduced secret bases.

Rotom is never pure Electric, though: he has a secondary typing in all forms that gives him another weakness, and Magnezone is part Steel-type. Eelektross is the only one with no weaknesses, but that can be changed with moves that change types or add types on, or even Gravity.

For me I would have steel type gym, it would be the 7th gym in the region and it would be heavy metal concert themed with puzzles involving food stands, the sitting area and the moshpit and while playing metal style music in the background. I will be on the main stage and will be using a scizor, magnezone, aggron, and meta gross as my ace. If you win you get the flash cannon tm and the heavy badge.

my gym is more like a Huge Battle tower with Pokemon at level 100. a gauntlet of back to back big Battles, lots of tricks and traps for the unwary trainer such as: False floors, crumbling stairs, endless corridors , moving panels.

Steel type gym, 8th gym, in a factory with a conveyor belt maze, team would be skarmory, empoleon, excadril,aggron, mega steelix, and an electivire ( my favorite ) with electrium z, winning awards you the arc forge badge, designed as electivire welding magnamites together to make a magnaton
