Solid advice to the guy trying to sell high to buy alt art at the highs as well. If he wanted to sell to buy cards for his own collection that’s completely fine, but as an investment that would be risky to buy alts at these levels for future profit

PokeBeard I have accumulated a large amount of bulk that's just taking up space. What's the best way to break it down to sell it? Is there any "common" type cards I should be not including in bulk that I could sell individually to help improve my seller rating? Such as supporter cards, reverse holos etc etc. What's a good baseline value for a card to be separated from bulk and sold from a different "group" of cards? Your content is top shelf. Just note Pokemon company did say that the trading card classic cards will be in future products. Could be a lot of those charizards printed in the future. Already seen lugia, ho-oh and others in the combined powers boxes.

Great video as always, really respect your perspective. It’s a breathe of fresh air to watch a like minded channel focused on collecting first and investment as a byproduct. What’s your favorite era gimmick? I.e. Gold Stars, Delta Species, Tag Teams, Alt arts, etc.? For me personally it’s HGSS era, I absolutely love the Legend cards. They come together to form arguably the best artwork to come from pokemon, like renaissance painting quality. Also for some reason I like the prime cards, they give a unique perspective, almost like the pokemon went in for head shots. Not to mention, also the Alph Lithograph trainer cards that have Unown spell out the text. It gives major game puzzle nostalgia vibes that I’m all for!

I understand the value of the penny sleeves on the cards. What type of card (IE: Ultra Rares, Reverse Holo, Secret Rare, etc...) is worth using top loaders also? Regardless if you just collect them or if you collect them as an investment. Thank you

Love your content. Always great to see that notification on youtube :) My local card shop has a few boxes of paldea evolved BB for 99.99 each and also boxes of Scarlet & Violet base for 89.99 each. I do own a few PE BB already, so my question is, should I keep getting PE or change it up a bit and get some Scarlet & violet?? Again, great content.

Love your passion man, it's contagious! I just started my (mostly) investing and (a little with my son) collection journey 2 weeks ago. Started off with all SV BBs x3 except for temporal and twilight (there's still time and initial budget running out ;)). And got Silver tempest x2 (getting expensive). I'm thinking to only get the boxes that'll be 100 - 150 euro range, and skip on the older ones that are already pricier. Do you think this'll be a good decision? My thoughts here are to diversify as quickly as possible, hoping to have the sets that might pop off. Also bought 10x CRZ ETB, 5x LOR and 5x Paldean Fates. But hearing you talking about Paldean Fates, I might reconsider and pawn those off again. :D Thanks for all your content, it's really informative and helpful for a starter like me as well.

My main think is collecting cards I like the design of with a mix of trying to complete master sets of cards I really like. These videos help me find that sweet spot between collecting what I like the look of while seeing if there’s any investing value in them too! P.S. the statue you highlighted that’s available on Pokémon center is so damn cool!! I’d pick it up in an instant if it wasn’t $300 and if I had the space for it 😂 Keep up the great work.

Love the videos! Currently I am collecting all of the SV pokemon center ETBs when they first hit the website. I’m only missing Paldea evolved and Twilight. Most of my budget goes toward purchasing singles more for my collection but I like the investment possibility when purchasing these ETBs with the exclusive promos. However, I currently have no sealed booster boxes in the collection. Should I continue with the ETBs or go for booster boxes? Thanks!

Hey! I have been learning a lot from you. Just to let you know that I apreciate your awesome, honest and down to earth content. Do you think or ever considered if there is a big difference between the european/american market? Do you deal with a lot of european collectors and sellers? I was considering buying some TG PSA 10s but usually people ask for ludicrous prices (there is no benchmark or reference point like TCGplayer or eBay). If I want to go to eBay and get it from the US the shippment fees are huge and sometimes things might get held into customs, which in turn requires even more fees to be paid. Do you have any advice? How would you approach the market if you were on the other side of the ocean? Thanks in advance for your time!

I sell at times that I am satisfied with the return in comparison to what I paid, I try to sell once I hit margins typically of around a 150-400% gain. It’s all really about what you believe the set is going to do in the future. (If anyone disagrees please let me know, there are always things to learn😊)

I have some S&V 1st prints but my S&S boxes are most likely reprints from 3rd party sights (ebay lol). if i can manage to find any of the main S/V sets at retail price what sets would you recommend getting? personally temporal forces and paradox rift seem really solid sets even for the long run and then theres the obvious paldea evolved purely off of set size for those juicy illustration rares

I have a PSA 10 Fossil Unlimited Booster Pack with the Aerodactyl pack art. I do not know much about graded packs. Would you hold it for possibly better investment or try to sell to get something else?

I’m saving up all of my money from working at my job this summer, I want to save a large portion but I should still be able to spend around 4,000$. When do you like to sell? I have BW, XY and SM sealed tins, collection boxes etc. But don't know when to sell, I would like to fund some of the newer SV stuff but I'm running out of space.

Question: What are the best avenues to sell outside of Ebay to avoid the high fees? I attempt to do deals through Instagram, but find it difficult to point people there given Ebay's policies. I feel like I find great deals on cards outside of Ebay, but then when I want to sell them on Ebay I can pretty much only breakeven or wait a long time to sell at a profit. I am going to ask a question that you can answer here instead of live but do you think PSA 9 is a great substitute for a PSA 10 in some of the $250 plus cards? I also got a delivery where every card was bent and creased at the top middle
