Season 2 Eng Op - Pokemon World (Full Version) This was season 2's English opening and was used for the orange islands arc. I like the movie remix however for its fast pace.
The Iron Golem I know what Pokémon go is. You just walk in real life but u never get Pokémon and u never get to be a Pokémon trainer. Why are people saying Pokémon Go is like real? I do like the game, it's just that it doesn't mean Pokémon are in real life.
0:37 "We all live in a Pokemon world, po-ke-mon" how can I explain that was my favourite line when I was only eight and used to see Pokemon on Cartoon Network! Today's kids will never understand this kinda feelings..
you dont understand how upset i am that i wasn't born during the 80s-90s. I was born in 2010 and now everything is just about social media. If i could travel back in time, i'd go back to the 90s and experience childhood at the fullest
he should keep butterfree primeape lapras pigeot and training more kingler snorlax muk todadile bayleef noctowl...he should mamy things that he did't...
Ash turned into a right old prick. They obviously want the new gen pokemon to take the spotlight but they should have just changed main characters instead of ruining Ash.
@@timeread3099 Yeah, they REALLY shove the hard reboot down your throat. From what I hear, it was a good thing not to get suckered into XY, since they enforced the status quo in full effect. And Alola...? God, what the hell even _is_ that animation? SMH
im probably one of the fewer people who prefers Pokemon World theme over the Original. I love the original and im nosalgia-ing all over it, but Pokemon World just hits me harder
"Put myself to the test to be better than all the rest!!!" Without a doubt I found Pokémon World to be the best opening theme of Pokémon ever! The music and upbeat lyrics are just PHENOMENAL!
In French Canada the series stopped getting dubbed right at the part Charizard gets frozen and then we would get reruns. I never got to see what happens next.
I remember watching this when i was 5-7 now im seeing this at 19 makes my stomach turn becuz my inner child explodes with happiness but i wont let it lmao
The first intro is legendary but this one slaps so hard. And its the most accurate since back in the late 90s, we really lived in a Pokémon World, it was a craze like we'll never witness again
Every time I look up this song, it's all talk of Pokemon Go. They say it makes us really live in a Pokemon World, however... I DISAGREE! I believe that we have already been living in a Pokemon World, for 20 years. Ever since Japanese game shops were stocked with the very first Pocket Monsters Red and Pocket Monsters Green, the series exploded into a phenomenon. Within a year, there was a card game, there was manga, even an anime. Then after the anime appeared internationally, the series went into becoming a worldwide phenomenon. After that, Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue appeared throughout international stores, solidifying the series. 20 years have passed, however, the series has never faded. It has went through some declines, but even then, the name Pokemon has never truly faded. This staying power, to me, makes me believe that we have already been in a Pokemon World ever since Febuary 1996.
+Jayfive276 sounds like they both have standard rock beats at the beginning. that is definitely not enough to be considered "sampled". they are not even the same rock beat between the two songs
Dorgannn No. 100% Wrong. It is either sampled or heavily influenced by the intro to "When the Levee Breaks". There's nothing standard about it. It's an instantly recognizable intro from a specific song that has been sampled multiple times across hip hop and other genres.
@@ladyselin35 exactly, besides he hasn't faced the Elite 4 yet. So even when kids today are pretty excited with the alola winning, OG fans know the truth
There was nothing they could’ve pulled out to stop him from winning other than god Like they needed tobias’ darkrai to stop him back then and they had nothing now
Orange islands had a certain hard to explain appeal. The challenges were unique, the final boss was awesome and some of the side things like the Cassidy and butch scheme with hypnotizing were so cool.
Whenever I see Leon do his pose, "Use the power in my hand" from this song always played in my head, so I think you were onto something. Also I just feel like this song captures the essence of the games and the series better, barring nostalgia for the first theme song.
Finally the end of the 26 year era has come to an end and it turns out that the real pokemon master was the friends we made along the way. Good job Ash, may you and Pikachu now rest. 💕⚡
The hook is so infectious! Hits even after all this time. I recently rediscovered this song because I started going back through pokémon with my daughter. She loves Pokemon now and I couldn't be prouder.
Glad 22yrs later I can come to RU-vid and see that this is still and always was the greatest Pokemon song they ever created. You didn't fail nor disappoint today, internet! 👏🏾
lmao, this showed up in recommended, and it hit with me such a nostalgia bomb. Not only from the show, when I was a kid but I remember when pokemon go first launched, and me and my boy were cruising around our town, also giving random people rides to gyms and pokestops and stuff [literally] there had to be almost 3 to 4 thousand people all outside in that town that day and nothing in the world mattered except helping each other out to be the best. It was insane how for that first week that app game brought so many random people together.
***** But it's bad in general and lacks the spirit of Pokemon. In fact, the entire anime is so different, it may as well be a new main character that similar to Ash
I don't know why this theme doesn't get more love. This song gets me pumped. I would think this would be a song that most would universally love. In "Charizard Chills", the episode in which Charizard begins to obey Ash, this theme is played during Charizard's rematch with Poliwrath , where Charizard kicks butt, because this is a kick-butt theme. The theme says you're down, but then you get that "second wind" to overcome your opponent.
Our man Ash dude, he finally did it. From getting his first gym badge to competing in very first conference, to getting completely SHAFTED by the writers with Tobias, all the way to finally becoming the greatest master of them all. And we got to witness every second of it. He was constantly disregared because he couldn't fill the shoes of Red, but now it's undeniable that Ash actually is the stronger, and VERY EASILY the more accomplished, of the two. This is a fictional character that obviously I've never even met, but I can't help but feel so proud of him 🎉🎉🎉🎉
