i did the cooltrainer glitch with a ditto on cartridge and a similar effect happened, i was also on cinnibar island also on cartridge i viewed my missingnos in the pokedex and some of the screen turned into glitch symbols and it said "RED found !" and it crashed.

Q or Charizard 'M in red/blue is dangerous if you don't know what your doing with it, as it can multiply itself and get rid of your Pokemon, but if you know how to use it, its harmless, and it can give you very beneficial things such as merging two Pokemon together, or trade gen 1 glitch Pokemon to gen 2 or the other way around.
Actually, I think the game DELETED your pokemon. As in you only have 0 Pokemon. That's why Pikachu is nowhere to be seen. He's GONE. And the game is just running garbage data past the party data. That's also why the pokemon you first used after Super Glitch is lv.0, yet had so much hp, rather than Pikachu. K?
@@adsr_envy Same difference. Know what 256 is in binary when you only have 8 bits? ZERO. If you want to know how I know that the party size is 0, there's this LP I think you should check out: lparchive.org/Pokemon-Blue/Update%2001/ The trainer here does something pretty similar, only it's at the start of the game (with no Pokemon) rather than after using Super Glitch.
@@adsr_envy Well, in this RU-vidr's case, he doesn't have a party of that size because TM55 and Pikachu are nowhere to be found, and that's because his party is straight up absent. Again, if it WAS just an absurdly large party, some remnant of the old one would persist, even through the "Wild appeared" glitch, but as the thing he sends out looks nothing like anything he had before, I can only say that it's just gone, period. Either that or heavily corrupted to LOOK that way.
WAIT! MissingNo. Is the only pokemon that can learn a move twice! So can use waterfall 3 times despite MissingNo. can learn Water Gun 2 times so can learn 1 more.
