I love that you put bulky items to show how much it actually fit bcs most people just show them put their keys, cardholder etc (which obviously fits😮💨)
When you’ve got it as the shoulder strap the excess strap is actually supposed to go under the buckle not over it! Like folding it under! It’s just how they show it on their website 😊
I just ordered my numero un mini backpack. I'm so excited for it to arrive! Thank you for showing how much can fit. Gave me a good laugh when you pulled out the full size bottles you threw in there. Did you use any protective leather spray on it in case it gets wet?
Haha yay! I live the Un Mini 🥰 I didn’t use any protective leather spray and it’s honestly aged gracefully. No scratches, stains, or tears! The quality of the leather is so good as is. But protective spray never hurt.
Great review! I am concerned about the Umi in chalk color. Is the bag with this color getting dirty easily? Could you share a bit about your experience regarding this?
I’ve had no issues with they getting dirty since I got it! I’ve traveled with it on the airplane and carried it during long international trips, brought it back looking still brand new. The texture and quality of the bag does not pick up dirt or rub off on color!
Hi, would you say the chalk Umi is warm toned? Is it anywhere near grey? It looks like a lovely bone shade; would hate it if it’s on the grey side. And does the strap easily slide down the shoulder/shirt when used as shoulder bag? Thanks!
I don’t feel like the chalk Umi is warm but I also don’t see it as grey…it’s a bit more neutral! And it does not slide off the shoulder for me because of how wide the strap is!
Hi! I finally got this bag and I love it ❤ Both the bag, the color, everything. Despite the growing bad reviews of Polene’s quality, I took my chance and glad everything arrived perfectly. And I wonder if all the people complaining about the zipper are only pulling the leather piece. Pulling by the ring it’s attached to really makes a difference, although still a two hands job. Just thought I’d go back to creators that helped me to make the decision easier and say thank u!

So far no! I’ve had her for about 5 months now and I had her on the airplane floor, thrown around my car, and traveling all around London. She’s sparkling still! Really great quality 👏🏼
