if you want to get your family, they will need to apply for a trc as well :) and yes if you have a TRC already, you can go to your home country and go back to Poland, no need to apply for VISA :)
@@aabidhussaindar8034I think it may take around 6-12 months (seems they're overflowed with request). Once you apply you can't travel abroad as you get stamp in your passport that you're waiting for residence card.
Hello! Thanks for the video. Already subscribed. About the finger printers appointment, do you know what documents we should take in a case of applying for TRC due to work?

Helo, may i ask what we need if we visit our home country (south east asia for example) do we need anything or only karta pobytu and pasport? Thank you
Po I want to ask can you get a karta pobytu when you ar out of Poland?can you use that karta bobytu to travel in poland as the first time when you get it? Please answer me if you see my message🙏🙏🙏
No, you cannot apply for or receive a Karta Pobytu (residence card) when you are outside of Poland. To apply for a Karta Pobytu, you must be physically present in Poland, as the application process involves submitting documents to the local Voivodeship Office (Urząd Wojewódzki) and may require in-person appointments, such as fingerprinting. As for using the Karta Pobytu to travel, once you have it, the Karta Pobytu allows you to travel within the Schengen Area for short stays (up to 90 days in a 180-day period) without needing additional visas. However, if you are entering Poland for the first time, you will need a valid visa or other entry document (such as a temporary residence permit) to cross the Polish border.
I have a question please answer me… Can I send an application for a temporary residence permit by post (Poczta Polska) on the last day of legal residence in Poland? And for the period of validity, is calculated from the date of posting the parcel at the post office? Thank you....
expiration will be indicated in the TRP Card. It is not possible to “renew” a temporary residence permit. You should apply for subsequent temporary residence permit or leave Poland before the expiry of the current one. cudzoziemiec.bydgoszcz.pl/en/faq/#:~:text=It%20is%20not%20possible%20to%20%E2%80%9Crenew%E2%80%9D%20a%20temporary%20residence%20permit,expiry%20of%20the%20current%20one.
Are you already in Poland? Please contact an immigration lawyer or agency that process trp. or you can do it by yourself though, it will be a really long process.
