I really like this feature, Though a thought I have is that I wish I could start a custom workout on my own time without having to schedule it in the same way you start a normal work out.

1. I hope that POLAR will return option to manually finish planned phase of training. Because sometimes circumstances do not allow you to start next phase at right place or time (for example I sometimes cannot 100% plan length/time of warmup session and interval is starting or I am feeling great for start interval sooner than plan). On my old M400 I used quite often. 2. Second problem is missing detailed summary after finish a phase (distance, average pace, heart) same as after automatic/ manual lap (it is nice that you returned laps details in october update, but only after finishing activity :-(

Hi Jerry Bike and thanks for your valuable feedback. You have a point here. Maybe a little help in your case is to plan warm up phases "short enough" and then tap off "Start phases automatically". Also your wish about detailed summary after finishing a phase will be forwarded. Happy training !

@@PolarGlobal I also would like to please to add two of these options. Most important to manually end phase. I usually don't know how long I will warming up so on my v800/m460 I set this phase to 2 hours to make sure it won't be too short :).

Polar But there is still annoying screen about finnished warmup phase so I cannot se current heart rate etc. during unplanned longer warmup :-(. I hope the previous option will return

How can I skip a phase or conclude it earlier? This is so easy to do in Garmin Forerunner!

how to set recurring training targets? E.g. when you want to do yoga for 10 minutes every day, or run for an hour every Wednesday.

How can I skip warmup? If I set warmup to 10 min and want to start 1st phase after 8 min, how do I skip it and start 1st phase?

A simple thing. Could you please add a possibility to adjust the time the screen is on. Five seconds just isn't enough. Thank you on beforehand on behalf of thousands of Polar Ignite users.

Is it possible to show the average pace after each interval? Im currently doing 8x800 intervals with 2 minutes of cooldown in beetwen. I want to target a specific pace during the 800 m intervalls, so it would be nice to know my average pace after the interval is done. Would help to see this, to adjust the pace during the next one. Is this possible in any way?

@@PolarGlobal Yes, but I want to see on my vantage m2 watch automatically during each interval the average pace for that said interval (not the pace for the 1 mile or whatever lap). I don't want to wait until the session is done to see how I did. It is not clear how to do this or if it is even possible.

You could add bluetooth connection. So, we dont need to put off the watch to synch.

Does it buzz or notify you somehow between intervals? Or do I have to keep looking at the watch to see when the next phase is starting?

Howdy and thanks for reaching out! Yes the Polar device will notify you by vibrating and beeping when the phase starts. Moreover, you can switch of the sound between the phases if you want. I hope this helps! :)

First time I opened my training I automatically got a screen with warm up + heart rate + intervals. Now I don't see that screen anymore. Can I get it back without using the app?

Sometimes when i need to move planed workouts in training programm, in phone flow version (Android 9 phone) planed workouts not show correctly. Looks like copied, but on wach and pc all corect.

I had a session planned on my polar ignite, I did the whole thing and the watch recorded all of the information, right after I started another training session and my previous one disappeared completely 😭😭😭

I came across a strange issue with my Polar Ignite when creating custom targets. If I create upper body custom target which is based on the strength profile after workout I see an entry in the app named strength and not my custom name. This is an issue because I have multiple targets based on the strength profile and in the app they all look the same... Really disappointed here...

How can I seen those "+" button on android phased training? There is one on the video on iphone app (it looks one can modify hr zones)?

Howdy and thanks for reaching out! Can you please clarify your question as there quite many "+" signs one could refer to. If you mean the one how to add a sport or interval length, choose your target first which then allows you to choose your sport or preferred time.

@@PolarGlobal You can see one for example on 0:30 when there is "Warm-up" - you can train on 1 and 2 hr zone and on the right there is a "+" to add 3 hr zone to this phase. I don't see that option on android Polar flow.

Hi, I hope someone can help me. Whenever doing speed intervals run, I can set the specific distance to finish and the time to recover. However, I can’t seems to see the interval time I spend on each 400m. Anyone have videos or explanation to help? Greatly appreciate!

Hello! There's an option to enable 400 m automatic lap on your watch, but it'll include all phases of your run, not only intervals. As an alternative solution: if your intervals are longer than 400 m and you want to know the time you spend on every 400 m split, create multiple 400 m intervals; this way, your watch will create a lap for every 400 m interval and you'll be able to view the required time spent. Hope this helps. 😊

Polar hi, thank you for the reply. So for the automatic lap if I set it to 400m, it will make all other run into 400m as a lap? Normally I have it at 1km per lap. I’m a little confused, is there any vantage m guide to have this intervals run to show per intervals time?

Correct - if you set the automatic lap to 400 m, you'll be getting 400 m laps instead of the default 1 km for the specific sport profile. If you'd like to know your 400 m laps only when doing intervals on a track&field course, I recommend you set up the 400 m automatic lap only for the 'Track&field running' sport profile. If you create an interval phased training target in Polar Flow, you'll be able to see your time, heart rate, speed and power (in case you use Polar Vantage V outdoors or a compatible power sensor) data per interval.

Polar hi, I just try but it can’t work. For the track and field with intervals I can make it work for 400m but it can’t have recovery time as it keeps continue to have the 400m per lap. For the watch interface, it don’t have the last lap time to indicate what’s my last lap time. There’s only lap pace average. I want the lap pace for last lap.
