Looks like a substantial upgrade on its predecessor. I hope that the HRM sensors have been calibrated/tested on darker skin as well as caucasian skin tones, as previous HRM have always had fluctuating readings for non-caucasian skin types!
Hi, our watches support contactless payments through Fidesmo Pay when used with compatible Polar payment wristband, please check out: polar.com/en/payment-wristband 🙂
@polar....my h10 arrived a couple weeks ago. worked great until today. heartrate dropped to in the white about 40 mins into my workout. came back up for maybe a minute then dropped down again below the white. (my actual heartrate didn't drop) Thought it was battery but battery reads 100%. Any ideas? (I'm sweating a lot......surely that could not be the problem?)
No update so far for this feature. Totally abandoned 💔. I don't know why I cannot see my breathing exercises on my mobile. That partnership with Calm was rubbish, I was hoping for some integration between Calm and Polar but nothing. I strongly considering moving to Garmin ...
I have exercised with heart rate monitors for 20 years (including some Polar devices) and I have never had as much trouble as I am having with my H10. It regularly just fails to connect and I’m burnt out trying to troubleshoot. I would strongly advise against anyone purchasing this product.
My V2 did not work underwater like they claimed, so i hope this feature has been addressed. I swam in a 4ft pool at my apartment complex & it stopped working due to water damage. They replaced it, but i never used it in water again (except a few showers when i forgot to take it off).
Your hardware is good but your software is some of the worst experiences ever in all of technology. Seriously always a hassle pairing. Why????? You guys have the best hardware but drop the balll so hard with the software. I just updated the firmware and it’s not connecting. What??????
Je viens de recevoir une montre polar grit x pro. La luminosité, malgré qu'elle soit au plus haut, est très faible. Les couleurs sont peu visibles. Est-il possible de faire un réglage ? J'ai tout essayé.

Now that vantage v2 and grit x pro are not flagship anymore, are you planning to update pacer pro with the outdoor watch faces? Many many users will appreciate it and be happy about that!!
I have a Polar Grit X. When I go swimming I just start a swimming exercise session. Is there any advantage from using the verity sense? for the comments I have read also state that it doesn't track distance too well eather (Apart, when I change the distance on my phone and sync, it stays the same on the watch, maybe you can help me figure that out too).
Sent my vantage V titan in for service for a new battery but received a different, non titanium version back. When I asked they admitted to breaking mine during the repair process and that since they didn’t have stock of mine they sent me what they had. Not a joke… no resolution offered - just a perfectly acceptable customer interaction in their eyes. I’ve been a customer since 2013 and this is my 3rd watch, always buying the top of the line. Never again. To recap: I sent my watch in for repair on August 2nd and then received the wrong watch on the 16th only to be told they damaged it and replaced it with a lesser model. No discussion. And I still got to pay for the privilege. If this sounds like something you’d like to happen to you, go for Polar!!
