(Relating to your promised missing windshield and handle bars) : First though - fantastic vehicle! Beautiful fluffy, snowy 76 acres. AND Great to see our grown up buddy, Gage! He looks happy & wiser??? A theory I go by when people make a promise -- keep that promise. If a promise is not kept -- remind them once to reconcile because none of us are perfect. Give them a chance. They may surprise you. But if this person does not have a good work ethic they will not make good on any promises to anyone. Your bike is soooo good you do not need their misguided services anyway. You'll find a better more dependable Polaris shop in time. Keep safe. And it looks like your (poaching - trespassing) neighbor did not trespass!

That is a sharp machine! We have a Polaris Ranger with the dumping box on the back to help us carry stuff around the farm and I put our sprayer back there for spraying weeds. It has never failed us and we love it too! We don’t have power steering, but Going through those trails, I bet that is wonderful! I am SO glad you finally got it! Customer service is in a very sad state all over! Things are going to get worse too. the dealer we got one of our pickups from (which by the way, was totaled by a drunk & drugged driver (with us in it😡) 2 yrs ago, sent out several letters wanting to buy the pickup back well over Kelly Blue book pricing. They can’t get vehicle “chips” etc. (a lot of parts from China) in the factories to get new vehicles on the ground! Probably a ton of them on the ships off the coast🤷‍♀️

I bought a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO brand new with a warn winch. They inspected it before giving it to me, and let me ride it around a bit before purchase. I installed the winch at home, it wasn't difficult, took about an hour. Dealer was awesome and supportive, and the quad was reliable and rugged. Everything worked like it should, no issues. It was the perfect quad for me. Good power, not super big, not small, go anywhere. I sure do miss it!

Congrats Gary! I have a Polaris Ranger Crew that I bought 10 years ago for cave and plant exploration in Haiti, love it, you made a great purchase. Hope my next upgrade will be the the new Polaris EV!

Polaris always put out a good product back in the day. My first snowmobile was a Polaris.. It was a smaller model .. made for a woman. I actually raced it in Powder puffs! So much fun! Won a few😉😁Enjoy!!!

I keep a Battery Tender on my Suzuki battery under the seat. It's nice cause you get a seperate sealed plug to connect to the battery. When not in use, you just make the connection. Never have to take the seat off nor worry about your battery. Sweet ride!

nice bike but at low speed always use low gear longer life for the drive belt

Beautiful snowy woods, but whenever you are at that particular property - it almost feels a little 'odd'. Can't explain it - I get the same feeling sometimes when visiting certain forests here. Stay safe 😊

If you look at it, there's no seal (all the way) around the battery, it's not in the sealed part of the box. The box is around it but the battery is open to the elements. If that's as dependable as the Japanese machines I want one too. The price of things after Covid is ridiculous! You could buy a truck for what a UTV costs now but I hope you enjoy your ATV! The 570 is a good machine.. I bought a 2021 Sportsman 850 premium back in May.. I have around 21 hrs/ 100 miles on it with no issues..

Congrats on the new machine. I wish they would have put the gasket around the battery too. I pre-ordered the same one. Dealership is telling me I will not see it until February or march.

Gary Hope y'all had a Great Thanksgiving we did little different without our parents lost them both within 9mo of ea other but its Ok life happens. Anyway as far as water on the battery ita not enclosed in the water proof box that water is from them washing it before you picked it up and it ran down the headlight , i just purchased same bike as well as a Ranger side by side ETX and I love both of them Ranger more so than the 4 wh . I had a Can Am Fortrax before love it because it was a walk thru 4wh didn't have to through your leg over the seat and it capacity to carry 3 adults with seat on baxk rack Love that bike and still have it for kids to play on

The power steering ( EPS) turned itself off because you had the ignition on too long without having the machine running, thus showing the steering light on. All you do is turn the machine off and restart and your EPS will re activate. It’s basically a battery saver…

I ordered a 2022 sportsman 570 trail on December 20th. Dealer told me it would be about 8 to 12 weeks before I get it. Really looking forward to getting it. That's a sweet machine! Power steering? Oh my how did we survive without it? Does it have a heated seat to keep your bum warm? 😁 But seriously that is a freaking awesome machine. Glad you finally got it. Congratulations.

The power steering light is on because your battery has a low charge. Usually the first sign your battery may need to be replaced. Place it on a trickle charge when not using and it will fix the problem.

Hold the mode button on ur gauge and u can switch the modes on ur powered steering

When you opened the front cover and said you saw water on the battery, that seal does not go around the battery just around the storage section lol

I’m sure you’ve figured this out by now but the storage compartment is accessed by removing the seat.

How do you like the engine braking assist on your new Trail model? And do you know if the base model has engine braking?

Look we’re the seal goes around the battery. That part were the battery is. Is not sealed.

I just got the 2022 XP sportsman 1000s love it so far and love the 90hp it puts down just waiting for snow 2nd you think Ya 570 cost a lot try $18.5k for the 1000 I just bought and yes, I paid a $1k over MSRP because this one was in stock NOW and they are hard to get, and I did not want to wait till next year to get one on order

Hi. Any issues with water or mud getting into the cvt with that exhaust location? Looking at getting the exact at. But concerned. Curious on your experience. I dont ride in deep mud or water.

The battery compartment isn't water proof. Only the up front storage compartment is supposed to be sealed.

if its new bike why did they need to wash it, and did you check the milage out on it. maybe they spent the week joyriding instead of installing parts

So what if somebody goes on your property you want to go on theirs too

You need to be driving around in Low range if your under 7 mph (not sure what that is in Km) or if your in deep mud and snow. You will burn your belt up quick just putting around under 7 mph like that.

Where is the "bike?" All I see is a 4 wheeler or a quad or an ATV? Is this what they call them up north?

Cut it off back on the power steering will kick off if u leave the keys on to long and u have to cut it off and cut it back on

I cannot believe the dealer let you go with no power steering, plastic on the headlight, not knowing how to use all the menus etc.

Why do you call it a bike?

Im sorry that you wasted your money on this so called ATV. You should look at the Argo line up. Myself, I use a good friends machine which has a brush guard and a winch, plus he got the windshield and the roof. I bought a used 9.9 outbboard motor. We put a eye bolt on top of the motor so we can use a lift to remove the motor when we go trail riding. Then put it on to go fishing. But we have a blast with it. In the three years of having it, we have never been stuck and we go through alot of mud, and the mud is sometimes as deep as a yard deep. Sometimes its deeper. Plus the Argo float in the water. We go to our ATV park here in Florida, Hog Waller. There are places that ATV's like yours get stuck in the deep mud and sometimes we help them out, but only if a young girl is there with him. I have gone to the St. Augustine boat ramp. Parked my truck with all the other trucks and then removed my tie down straps and lowered the drop gate and drove it off the trailer, then put up the gate. Then loaded it up with the fuel tank for the outboard motor, and the rest of my gear and a female friend. Then we slowly drive to the ramp and alot of people just look at us that we are crazy when we drive down the ramp right into the water, she lowers the shaft into the water and pulls the cord, then off we go thru the water. And get to our fishing spot which has alot of flounder in that area. Within 4 hours we have our limit and drive ourselfs back to the ramp, then she raises the shaft up and locks it in place and i drive the argo out of the water. Then everybody starts asking questions. So i answer most of them and then drive back to the truck. Also when going trail riding we can drive for 8 hours on a tank of fuel, the tank holds 7.1 gallons of gas. A whole day of trail riding, plus i bring extra fuel with me, we sleep in the truck or in the box trailer. That saves money on a cabin or a hotel. You can look them up on you tube. Just type in the search bar, argos in the mud. Videos dont lie. Then you can sell your ATV and your snowmobile. We have Adair tracks on his. There the best ones out there right now

Anybody out there want Gary to buy a set of tracks for the wheeler ? He will be able to go anywhere with a set of tracks. (Gary, please don't let your wife see this comment. She might put a "hit" out on me just for mentioning it. (: (:

You're first Mistake was the place of purchase. North Bay Cycle & Sports is probably the least organized power sport dealership I've ever stepped foot in/ tried to do business with. They promise one thing and do the opposite. The Service Dept is just horrible. The Fact that they did not do a complete walk around is pathetic. You'll find much better and prompt Service in Sturgeon falls, it's worth the extra 25 minute drive to go to STURGEON MOTOR SPORTS! Thank me later, that's where I bought my 570 in 2017 and still to this day get great service.

Not a bike bike has 2 wheels it's a 4 wheeler call it what it is!

Guys/Gals reading this listen up! These newer models seem to have sealed bearings which are BS compared to previous models, they will fail much faster ! The battery isn't sealed properly either! Also Issues with ECU sending faulty codes seems to be one of the bigger complaints as well ! Most importantly The cvt belt vents on the intake and exhaust side are not properly sealed from the elements water mud etc ! I do not own one yet but I'm interested, I want Polaris to fix all of these flaws first ! I own a 2012 sportsman 400 it's bulletproof and has all the older features from Polaris including control arm brush guards on the front and rear original storage compartment no leaks anywhere grease fittings for the bearings/control arms ! this is all the info I have taken in from watching videos and going through the comment section on multiple video take all of this into consideration before purchasing please !
