Go to your local junk yard and get some sound deadening material from under the hood of a car. You can cut it to size. I picked up two, one for under the bed and one under the seat. It was cheap and seems to help! Thanks Doug@jdtoys
Put a hunter's muffler on the back of the original muffler. That will help some. I did a million things to quieten my 570 down including insulating the doors, complete rear and roof to no Advil . It's better but I realized that I couldn't quiet down the mechanical noise of the engine and I believe that's were most of the noise is coming from. Good luck with it.
@@waldhorn1 Look at the Bass Pro Tracker 800 SX. I think the quietest UTV in the market. They use the Chery 3 cylinder engine. Other's that use the same engine are Reeper UTV, John Deere, and Kawasaki pro mule.
@@waldhorn1 Limited range on electric model. The Tracker 800 can be had with cab. Check reviews for noise. I believe Arctic Cat Prowler 800 is the same as Tracker 800 SX. I do like my Ranger Midsize 570 for the most part. Have had a lot of electrical issues. However it's quieter then Kawasaki terlyx and Cfmoto.
