Great channel, very informative and no clickbait… just some good ole boys having fun doing what they love. This channel brings back some great memories when I lived in Maine. Thanks for the great content.
Hey Todd, It’s Caleb from ultra garage with the lrm pipes, I’m not sure if you know or tired but what I found to be the easiest with those pipes is to Leave the flanges on, makes it so easy to take them out and install them
Another amazing build Todd. The attention to detail is phenomenal, great to see incredible workmanship. You can tell you and Trenton put your heart and soul into these builds .Keep up the good work. Well done.
Those are some beautiful machines... LOVE the XLT it looks phenomenal.. I cant wait for some snow to fly.. I know I dont own a tripple but my 1999 Indy trail is out getting some mods done.. 144" track.. new gears.. tunnel extension.. maybe a rear rack and custom front bumper... Thanks for the music of the tripple angles...
Good morning guys!! Both sleds are looking amazing! Love the look of the Parts Sled graphics on the wedge good 👍👍👍 You’re not kidding about the seat on 2 Bag! Looks really good! Looking forward to hearing about your new seat guy👍 Just need some snow! Cheers guys 🍻🍻🍻
Watched it on my tv still can’t figure out how to comment on there so had to come do it on phone those this look sweet can’t wait to see the full final product of the ultra wedge spx 🤘🏻
Great guy and channel i dont have a triple my self but my uncle does and they are awsome he has a 1996 RXL and it is seized sadly because he did not have time to fix but we will hopefully get it going
Thanks Todd for the upcoming update Coment on the new guy doing seat recovering, I need a 97 ultra sp and a 1990 indy 500 seats redone , hope to bring the new guy some business thanks Boss and Trenton for the Awesome website; thanks for keeping those Sweet wedge Triples Alive!
Couple sleds Polaris didn't really build but should have. I guessed that gen 2 XLT would have been 100lbs heavier. Pretty sure my 95 XCR 600 was 578 dry. Recommendation, you need one work sled, hi/lo range, reverse, massive track. I restored my 92 Widetrak LX a couple years ago. I use it as much as my '22 VR1 650. I had that XCR 600 and a XC 800 that could have been donors to power it but I stuck with the 488 Fuji. Would love to see the build, put respectable power in a Widetrak chassis.
I love the 1994 graphics on the gen 2 hood, it fits oddly well. I know my ‘94 wedge weighs pretty far north of 535 lol, I unfortunately might need to get rid of the old girl, she’s just too heavy if you get stuck or if you’re ice fishing. Keep up the good work!
Love the Chanel man was searching for good imfo on 650 engines and came across your Chanel was just quriouse what you all did to yours because I still got to rebuild my 650 it is 68mm due to previous owner
That seat is gorgeous and all the colors come together when shes all done ! I would have guessed significantly more weight so 533 isnt bad at all with electric start...also a guy could shave in the reflection of those pipes on spx 😂
@@toddclyne3493 ok that's my favorite sledd you guys have. I've always commented on it before I like the older stuff! I don't remember if you seen my name before on your post about that sledd.. I have watched you guys built it from the start......!
Looking forward to seeing your new seat guy. So disappointed when Scotty retired but I get it. Yup, Ultras don't like coils swapped. Learned that on my XCR SE. LOL
@@toddclyne3493 there have definitely been some things I've run into and ignored the simple things. Beat my head against the wall for days then just given up. A few days later I'm like, 🤔 maybe it's this silly stupid basics that I should probably look into. BAMMM that was it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Dude! Those sleds are SICK! I love my spx, but wow parts sled is amazing. And two bag looks so cool too. Great job, we love watching all the videos. My girlfriend says, Trenton must pull tons of ass.😂
@@toddclyne3493I stand by my statement. I think he just wants us to believe he’s too shy. 😂 Thanks for the informative and entertaining videos. They are a staple of our Saturday mornings.
Couple beautiful sleds! Thanks for mentioning Mohawk salvage Eric had my heat exchanger for my spx also who’s your shock rebuild hookup? Have a good one thought that would weigh around 580
You guys are a big inspiration! My brother and I grew up on wedges and have now gotten ahold of a couple again and you bet your ass they are triples! We love your channel and the sweet, sweet sound of a triple! I’ve got a 96 Ultra and he has a 97 XLT (both RMK’s) and both are currently single piped. We definitely want to get pipes on them, do you try and source specific pipes for your builds or do you just work with what you can get ahold of?
Todd they look awesome, sound awesome, im sure ypu said who does your coating of the pipes but who does them , i use a local guy here in Williamsport Pa but his coating turnes colors and for wit i paid i don't want to coat them again, thanks bud
I lost. I had guessed 560lb. Accidents happen. I bought an old 70's cat from the original owner. Ran like a top. It sat for a week and on Christmas Day I went out and pulled the rope and forgot to snap the throttle a couple times beforehand. Well, the sled took off and through the neighbor's fence lol. Dumb move on my part to forget...now it is the first thing I check everytime.
Hey Todd, thinking I might pick up an older Polaris to work on this coming summer. I am a skidoo guy but grew up on my uncles 86 Indy 600. There are a couple 95/96 xlt 600s near by in decent condition. 1400-1500 price range. Curious if there are any years to stay away from and what would be a good price point? Love the videos. Thank you!
fricken amazing !! just for shits and giggles what would one of those totally restored sleds be worth, im talking parts hours everything , whats it worth 10 grand ? if i had the money id rather buy your sleds then a new plastic sled lol
I have a fuel pump issue on my 1996 sp ultra 680 psi triple pipes n stinger can I rebuild my whole ultra 680 from wire harness regulator carb kit new on it engine rebuild crank n all just fuel pump issue gas go in when I blow in tank n last for good 2 minutes n be no more gas after its runs out of lines
Random but do y'all ever drill holes in your pistons for extra lubrication? I was wondering if that's really an advantage and why don't more folks do that kinda thing..?
Hey Todd if you could help me out what kind of motor mount did you use on three fingers if I’m not mistaken that was a pro X chassis with a storm motor correct
