They are both with the people they both love. We really do not know if Aidan and Eleanor was cool with each other after Aidan started dating Caitlin. Give him so credit. Eleanor was his TV wife only. Caitlin was his girlfriend and now his wife. I really hope Caitlin and Eleanor are friends no BFF but respect the same man. I am sure Aidan is ok with Eleanor and Will. Remember there is a age gap.
Even though a lot of us would like Aidan and Eleanor to be a "couple" in real life, (myself included) they have just been actors/ friends from the very start of the series until the end. They have both had girlfriends/ boyfriends throughout the past five years.
@@maryscolastico9890 I have never seen any evidence that they were actually dating, but who knows. I do really wish they were a couple in real life. They are so beautiful together.
