It's ok for a copper to defend himself by punching an old woman twice but if you defend yourself against a copper you'd be locked up for assaulting an emergency worker
There is no law specifically prohibiting smoking on the police premises such as outside buildings. There may be a policy, but as every auditor spouts out, "policy isn't law"
Seriously??? No real crimes for six Cops to look in to? What a waste of tax dollars. They should fire five of them and apply that half million pounds to social services.
I have always believed that it is ok to punch a plod in the face. If they want to be cocky smart arses I have a belief that if a plod wants to give it they have to accept getting it.
Dear God. Can you imagine ANY of these officers consoling a mother if their son had been involved in a RTA, or helping primary school kids across the road? They're out of control.
Old bill always jump to the praise of an officer who saves a drowning dog/cat or hamster. Gowever, ask the question of any wrongdoing by officers....l.. it's always the same answer & they never give comment. Slightly baffling don't you think??
They literally can’t give comments! I took journalism for years. Literally anybody within any organisation anywhere cannot give a comment about things like this especially when it’s still under investigation. Even someone working in a Tesco wouldn’t be able to give a comment about another staff member, if the staff member did something in the public eye and was being condemned for it.
Literally they can’t comment. If these people worked in the local Tesco and their manager got exposed for being a fecking pedo they wouldn’t be able to comment either… it’s literally a policy for anywhere ypu work
... however, it becomes a criminal offence ... ... with theft. ... with criminal damage. ... with aggravation. ... with a large group of people (anti-rave in a field)
If you had evidence of a crime you’d likely be able to decide… what does that even mean? Also it’s supposed to be an unbiased group of people who will be presented all the evidence and then decided together who is guilty/innocent… the officer asked isn’t a jury member and doesn’t have all the evidence presented to him…?
Police need training on auditing and the law. Surely they can see how the public are responding to these interactions and it’s not good for police the public will turn on you. There response is always inevitable always bad 90%. Why do you do this police your not the law your there to uphold it and if you think an officer is breaching that do your job and help the public which is what you signed up for.
I watched the video in the Manchester Evening Standard, she laid a hand on the cop's shoulder and tried to implore him to stop being so rough on her son, (Both were drunk..) the cop jumped (He was a heavyset bloke) and then he punched her 1,2,! and knocked her down to the ground then he resumed attacking her son and ignored her completely after that. She got a black eye and bruised face. Basicly the cop punched her because she laid a hand on his shoulder. He should be sacked immediately IMHO and she should definitely be compensated.
So she assaulted him then. She has no right to lay her hands on him, especially when he is already dealing with someone else who is being aggressive. How is he supposed to know what her intentions were.
@@OakieDokey31Any use of force has to be necessary and proportionate. If someone touched you on the shoulder in the street and you immediately responded by punching them full force in the face twice then you'd likely get arrested for assault and battery, and rightly so. But because this guy was a copper, nah you're all good. Thin blue line gang coverup in full effect.
Find out that police mans name and station address. Man the station everyday. MASS AUDIT TIME>>> GET AS MANY AS YOU CAN TOGETHER AND MAKE HIM FAMOUS!!!
Their address has nothing to do with it. Once people leave the station gate, they are on private time, even though we know they don't clock off. Turning up at somes home and frightening small innocent children is the sort of sickness we are fighting against. There is nothing to be won sinking to the murky depths of WYPS and emulating what we are fighting against.
Okay... when it comes to 'terrorism' against police stations they are more than happy to cite supposed incidents that they are worried about, but they can't comment on a woman being hit by one of their own colleagues because that didn't happen in their presence
They can’t comment because it’s literally the law of any organisation that you can’t comment on such incidents. If you worked at the local Tesco and your colleague beat up a shoplifter you wouldn’t legally be allowed to comment anything to anyone… even if you yourself had witnessed it. I mean unless you wanted Tesco to sue you/fire you immediately.
@@Dee-V-Dee You don't know what a Law is, if you think companies can make them. Companies make statutes, like The Crown does, with it's parliament(BoD). Passing off these statutes fraudlently as real Law, like any of us have to care about them. *It's a Criminal-Justice System or just simply a Criminal-System*
@@timboatfield it’s not a law, but when you start a job, unless it’s an under the table paid job you sign a contract, part of that contract is about not misrepresenting the company/organisation… so you can’t make comments on things by yourself on behalf of the company…
Let’s face it the police have become institutionalised and it means supporting your colleagues even when they are guilty. I can see how if an individual officer didn’t they’d be right in the shit the next time they need the brotherhood to look after them it may not be there. Just remember they are not your friend and it never helps to talk to them about anything.
Yeah a symbol which is also a logo for a charity which offers mental and physical support as well as paying for funeral arrangements 🤦🏻♀️ this isn’t America with blue lives matter….
@@Dee-V-Dee -LOL! It's all the same crap. They use the charity as a cover. It is good that they use some of the money to help with the funerals of their victims...
@@Had_Enough_Media I mean I don’t sit there going through their social media and watching everything any spokesperson says about stuff. But for the most part charities try not to say inflammatory shit or engaging in bad behaviour. Though yeah you do get shitty charities like Autism Speaks who spread dangerous shit around and dangerous ideaologies about people with autism. Something representing a organisation like the police however definitely shouldn’t, as yeah it’ll lead to major issues and definitely bad exposure which in a really bad case will have the government moving in on them and shutting that shit down. If it ever started to openly stand for oppression and nazi mentally like the idiot group in America then the government would have to deem it a terrorist organisation. England don’t stand for that shit whilst America land is rife with fecking KKK members openly walking the streets and being in a job were they have the chance to be openly hostile to members of the public.
Theres no excuse what so ever no mater what the reason to punch a woman in the face , especially by a police officer, yet here we have police saying its all according in what circumstance ??? 🤔 .. unbelievable !!
@Barry Stead Yes. There is always an exception to the rule. The Greeks knew that thousands of years ago. Unfortunatly The English language is the language of to be or not to be and nocent or innocent, but reality isn't. Rule of thumb, anytime you make an absolute statement, you are wrong, except this one of course. Nothing in this reality, is whole, perfect, complete. If you can figure out what that really means, you might just end up looking at the face of God. I'll give you the answer in a really simple form as a clue. +1
The police responding with “I weren’t there” doesn’t make a difference, they are allowed to hit people depending on the situation, like if the person was refusing arrest, but that shouldn’t always be used, plus the head area or neck is a bad spot they have to hit around lower body area, and I know this is from a year ago but I’ve only just started watching audits recently.
@@Dee-V-Dee Yes, I get that. The point is the ppl investigating wasn't there either. They will rely on that same vid the officers said they saw. So why can't they comment about it cuz they "wasn't there"?
That was funny "Then arrested me" 2 mins later "please don't please" lmao 🤣🤣🤣 Also I think he's still trying to tie his shoe laces apparently 20mins wasn't enough time
Think it's not in uniform on public property. He's not on private land. I've no idea there are any policy/law surrounding it, just a reply to your question. Maybe we'll find out the reason later in comments etc. 👍🏼🇬🇧
Any charity has to apply to be a charity with whichever government they fall under, otherwise anyone would be able to say I’m a charity and steal peoples money, which sadly does happen and if they get caught out in it they get in major trouble about it
@@Dee-V-Dee I am more than the British Government. *_I am The People._* Government Vs The People. The people win by defailt. It's how a democracy works. Even with this _mockery_ of a democratic government, The people win even more. Simple question to you. Who do _you_ think is power in this land or any land?
They love to say that they wernt there so they can’t comment but yet when they arrive half way through a situation they get involved and have many opinions
Section 50 Police Reform Act ' a person has been acting, or is acting, in an anti social manner' you are not an 'actor' and not acting -you are being - also you are not a 'person' -a 'person' is an 'organisation' so you do not qualify for this section
This is the standard of policing in this country today once the envy of the world now a complete and total embarrassment. You cannot justify punching a woman a 50-year old woman in the face no matter what the circumstances are
Omg, I just watched it, wtf these 🐖🐖🐖🐖are a national disgrace!! Great content guy's, don't give up your community service is desperately needed, real men standing up to the tyrants!!
I’ve watched loads of these vids and I think they’re great. There really is a problem with police thinking they rule the place. This needs to change it shouldn’t be us against them. They all complain they’re hated then behave like this. I hope they use these videos to retrain
Agreed. But there is no Law involved at this point, its all just concentual intercource. Silence is often a great answer to police questions. Why take the bate? Answers mostly lead to more questions. Second best to silence is vaguery empty statements. Silence is also very efficent as you are doing nothing but it is very frustrating to be ignored. Especailly when you feel powerful.
@@ThomasTheWankEngine1 If you mean presumptions. then statements like _you are taking video or criminal reconisance, You were seen burgling a shop on the high street, needs to be countered, for obvious reasons. Other whise these presumptions may be acted on, if only silence is given.
