15-20 years? I remember something that happened in 2009 which represented a sudden downward trend for the entire nation. But that's probably just a coincidence.
It was too dark to reveal any skin tone. The person wore all black and throughly covered their identity. No height listed either as witnesses didn’t help that much beyond car. The place wasn’t lit up with lights until police came.

Witnesses wouldn’t say. There were witnesses who couldn’t tell race as too dark and suspect or suspects had concealed their identity well. They don’t even have estimated height from witness yet.
These are the "last" of the "Last Days" Matthew 24:3-14. Jesus said it would be this way during the time of his "Presence" and the "Conclusion" of this system of things. He compared this time period to the days of Noah (Matthew 24:37). Why? Just as it was in Noah's day the earth is filled with "Violence." Compare Genesis 6:11-13. Things are going from bad to worse. Maybe you should stop watching mainstream media. In America, more people die a year from medical malpractice and car wrecks. But you don't dare see the media covering every one of those deaths do you.
