A large group of men turned up at a house for a preplanned eviction that appeared to be organised by Derbyshire Police.
Derbyshire police should not be actively getting involved with any civil matters, and this can only mean that the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 - section 26 and subsection (1), should now be used to investigate all the police officers involved with what has already been confirmed by a security operative on the day, as a police operation!

Ridiculous that you have to watch a video that long and not knowing what was going on. I’m sure the guy that was shooting the video knew exactly what was happening. I certainly won’t be watching anymore of his videos. He’s just conning people into watching this and miscalling the Police and the Security staff when in fact they were only doing their jobs.

I was on a S.I.A training course through the Job centre, and this training was extended because of the basic English and sentence comprehension from people who were put on this from the job centre and from the observations from those weeks are "as a white man, I was the minority". These observations translate to real world, first hand accounts and observations from supermarkets, hotels, Public Services (Job Centre). Why is this? The footage in this video explains why then. Shocking display of power, Shame on them and the natives who work for the security and police even more so.

When someone gets in debt they can't afford to settle, there are charities who can help, the Citizens Advice can help, ignoring the debt and turning Bailiffs away only increases the debt. Here we are, at the end of the road after listening to all the cockwombles and tap room lawyers, here we are with a huge debt. Debts don't go away, now it is being dealt with by the highest court in the land and it will end here. The family will be found accomodation by the council because children are involved, the home will be sold, but after all the expense involved, it may not settle the debt, so the debt will remain. All because the wrong advice was taken in the first place to accept and deal with the debt.

They are sleeping in the beds of the people they have evicted, what sort of a security set up is this. That court order was put together by the “ security company “ any body who can read would have seen that NO judge had signed it and dates and times on the letter , had been crossed out and scribbled in to fit the narrative of the said eviction. I would like to challenge the officers who read this “legal “ eviction notice from the “court”, in fact they should all be answerable to the public. All the PCSOs suddenly disappeared from the front of the house after they had been challenged ( not their fault ) they looked embarrassed and to be fair a couple of the PCs did too. This bloody country is a disgrace. I hope that poor dog is ok that so called “ dog handler “ had smashed the dogs face with a bar he should be made to pay and that “ security” firm should be thoroughly investigated

How many burglars have they arrested recently? How many knife attackers have they arrested? How many muggers? How many car thieves, shoplifters, rapists, etc., etc., etc. What is the point of an organisation that doesn't do the job WE pay them for?

I would have been on the phone to Immigration trying to get an ICE officer on scene. There is a local office for that area. I suspect a lot of those black clad individuals have no right to work in the UK.
