The security guards face and his behaviour is now in the public domain. The consequence of that behaviour and all that comes of it is entirely down to him. I.e face,car reg etc. The GDPR breach he filmed on behalf of the company he works for,filmed on public land shows the intelligence levels of this man.

"I've been perfectly polite with you mate" - after screeching to a stop next to Northern Audits, getting out of his car in an aggressive mannner, barking loads of intrusive questions, and giving orders to stop doing a perfectly lawful and harmless activity. With that being followed by personal insults, a camback, getting a colleague to call the police and asking the same questions over and over and over again.

That security guard was an absolute embarrassment. Firstly screetching up in his car. What was that about? Continuing to deliberately stick his phone camera in your face after you have asked him not to is harassment. What he doesn't seem to realise is you are not obliged to answer any of his questions when you are stood in public doing nothing illegal. Absolute moron.

The security guard went beyond what is reasonable. He had no reason to approach a member of the public in a public place. Being rude and unlawfully stopping a member of the public going about his lawful business is grounds for a written warning.

A great video NA, we met a few stars in this video. Especially the security guy, blue shirt merely played a cameo role. Was seriously expecting someone to roll over the bonnet Starsky and Hutch style 😂, when the car screeched to a stop. Then a rarity on these types of video we met two decent police. They done quite a bit of fishing but that is to be expected, but they didn't push for the information which is good to see. Well done all concerned you all entertained us for half an hour.

I know he is a security guard because he’s obviously not the brightest, but you would imagine he could figure out that his behaviour is extremely pathetic. The driving, abandoning his car with the door open, twitching, unprofessional interaction, filming, lack of knowledge of the law.
