Lucky for you they don’t know drone law or they could have arrested you for failure to provide the operator ID and proof of identify to match your details with those of the operator ID. Police are legally entitled to obtain your details in this situation but weren’t aware of the law.
27:48 You actually are legally required to provide them with your operator ID and also proof of your identify to show it matches the registration of the drone but they appeared clueless of the the situation. What’s clear though is that they were acting unlawfully by telling you to move on which amounts to harassment
Someone, somewhere must be telling these people that it's ok to behave like this! As for their NDAs, they'll be for the terms of the contract rather than the vehicles themselves.

I am not on site but if its their land either side of the road then I think its their drive way that they created for the large HGVs to park up without blocking the road. Yellow lines and drains don't mean its a public road and nor does a telegraph pole whoever it is near the entrance to the drive
