Check the jewelry with a strong magnet to determine if it's real gold or silver. Real gold and silver will not attach to the magnet. You on the other hand seem to be a magnet for all guns!!! 🤣 Love the bunny shoes!!! 🐰

Those square ended aluminum pieces with the loop on the end are old anchors used by the telephone company to anchor old landlines to houses and buildings.

Those things with loops with a cheese grater in them are dead ends for holding telephone wires to houses and telephone polls I use them at work

Just to really confuse matters, the word is spelled and pronounced differently in American and British English. "Jewelery" is the British word.

Around 4:35 he picks up a fairly large crescent wrench sitting right next to a gun. The shape of the wrench can be matched to cold cases where blunt force trauma was used.

The diamond looks to be real. Jewelers tend to not leave the backing open on zirconia. The sparkle of a real diamond comes from the light shining THROUGH it. Therefore real diamond have an open backed setting like this ring. Cubic zirconia does not act the same way with light. Therefore their setting are almost always closed. The style also looks pretty old. But who knows. Nice finds!

The large reminds me of the type of wrench they use to work on the chasey of RVs and large trucks. Defiantly looks similar to one I saw in a garage that was connected to the rv dealer ship that the company I work for was once housed in.

Did the police conduct any investigation into the firearms? People toss perfectly good guns in the river for a reason and it’s usually not good. The guns and cash register might have been part of the same crime and dumped at the same time.

The piece of the "gun" you found (about 5:30) appears to be the upper receiver from a M1 Carbine. Those "bullets" appear to be shotgun rounds (can't tell the gauge, though).
