A and Somerset my old block. Lived at 2750 North A street. You seem to have started at Episcopal hospital my second home as a child. The apartment complex there at A and Somerset was once Bromleys mill back in the day before it was set on fire and burnt to the ground except maybe a quarter of the building. Used to see a Dr at 121 East Lehigh avenue and my Mom used to see Dr Tabby down by the old pizza shop. That bridge at night back in the day used to have sewer rats the size of dogs. When it rains bad it usually floods out under that bridge. My apartment is gone at 2732 Kensington avenue used to be owned by the guy from Richie's bike shop now gone.
I just wanted to say that I've been in recovery for 12 years and I go to a NA mtg in Kensington 4-5 times a month and it's still awful. The new administration and PPD are moving folks around like a shell game, sorta like an optical illusion. The dealers, the addicted, homeless, and the open air drug market is ADAPTING and ADJUSTING to the new agenda driven mayor and police. I would LOVE to report that the neighborhood is getting better, but I'm appalled at the blatant lies and the "pat on the back" that the Philly officials are giving themselves.
Hey Mr Work. Your videos are awesome and your hosting is incredible. I like your banter with the cops..... it is good for law enforcement to have a good open relationship with the folks that live there.

It wasnt all of a sudden. It was spoke about months before it happened. The new mayor been talking about it during her run for mayor. They put out signs at least a week or two before they dismantled the encampments

It is an election year where by the PA Governor is rumored to be on the Presidential Ticket. They will clean it up in the near term and it will come back thereafter.
Don t they have anywhere for them its sad its situation with our youth to have no voice are rights more advocates are needed for most 😮i pray for all out there alone .regardless situation they need encouragement to stop doing drugs as i see many that don t have. Anyone there vulnerable .
They have some where for them if they except the help and a lot of them have family they can go live with, if they leave the drugs alone. You say a lot of them don’t have encouragement but a lot of them do have encouragement. They just don’t want to stop
@@Deepviewmedia witnessing his downfall is one of the toughest downfalls I’ve seen.. crazy the status he had back then, & now days you can literally drive down Kensington right now & see him up front & in person in the worst shape imaginable. It’s real out here, smh
@@ahma_teyha he was one of the greats from out of Philly on the music tip, he also is the reason Kendrick Lamar changed his name from Kdot to what it is currently. You can check the history yourself on here. There is multiple videos showing where he was at compared to now.
