Tacoma Cop Block found this tracking device on a friends car. I believe that it is law enforcement based. any help identifying this object is greatly needed. as of now the item in Q, is with our lawyer as he investigates it.
the airbag sensor notice would be there to give you the sense of calm that it actually belongs on the vehicle instead of being a listening device or some other contraption. what you should do, attach it underneath a Greyhound bus and let whomever put it there wonder what the hell is going on.
Please upload HD pictures of it and its internal components. Need to see what chips are in it, what type of antenna connection there is inside, the voltage of the power source, the number of capacitors, any brand names, and the inside of the lid and housing itself, especially if there are any numbers or markings in it. It would also be nice to know what is written on the circuit boards themselves....part no., manufacturer, date of origin, place of origin and style of device. This would help TON for those of us who want to figure out how to counter such measures.
This is absolutely a government GPS tracker, one was placed by the DEA/NTF on my wife's truck and I was questioned about it when I was charged with a crime for medical cannabis is the state of Ca. They even included information obtained from it in my discovery packet. Even if it is turned off it will emit a homing ping every so often so that they can get a general idea of where it is.
If this device has been placed by any of the alphabet corporations (DEA, FBI, etc.) then it has occurred under the purview of BAR attorneys. If you are employing a BAR attorney to look into this privacy violation then you may have hired a mole to provide all info from your investigations back to the BAR attorneys overseeing your surveillance. Copbloc is interfering with the revenue streams to BAR attorneys (district attorney, prosecuting attorney, and defense attorneys). In fact the BAR is being negatively impacted by copbloc (which is most agreeable and laudable unless one is a BAR attorney). Remember, revenue agents (pretend cops/police/sheriffs) work directly for an attorney (mob boss). That attorney is a card carrying BAR cartel member. Only incompetents hire BAR attorneys. It is an open admission to the fact that one is not aware of the built it conflicts of interest. Starve the beast. Do not pay or share information with any BAR attorney at anytime.
This is a Stealth II or Stealth III by CoverTrack Group, Inc. This model is for law enforcement only and costs around $3000 plus a monthly subscription. It tracks suspects by sending GPS over CDMA network, but also has ability to stream audio as well. This is amazing that you actually found one of these on a car! Photos of these are NOT allowed to be seen by the public so thank you for sharing! I've been wanting to see what one of these looked like for the last 18 months after finding out the WCDTF where I live procured one of these in 2016. I found a picture of a Stealth II accidentally published in a municipal auction listing last month and it has the same markings. Awesome find!
Joshua Prue I found one one my truck it’s almost the same but more sophisticated on the black box said warning impact detection device do not temper and have a website visionline.org and has no antenna
I found 2 on my cars. On some kind of investigation on a old case family member. I made a numerous of complaints about the sheriff's stalking me to the city console. And more. Onece I found these trackers they responded by wanting them back. I have photos. They are big black boxes. Saying Air bags sensor. One is BIDEN the other name is RICO
It's running on a Cinterion PCVS 8 chip, which means it's a CMDA (3G like a modern cellphone) GPS. It's capable of transmitting and receiving data. With the pictures and information you've provided, it looks as if it's able to monitor your current position, temperature of location, and it can distinguish between various contrasts of light with the photoelectric sensor/resistor. That's some fun you've got there.
I work for a GPS Company and that is 100% a GPS Tracker. we have GPS Trackers similar to this. if you post some more pictures, I can take a look at it and try to figure out who makes it.
how it usually works is, the GPS Trackers sends data to server, and the user can login to the server and see the location reports. so technically it's not mobile to mobile
Any chance that it could be from the insurance company? Some insurance companies have programs that will monitor how you drive for a reduced rate. Is it possible they slipped it on the car in hopes of being able to raise the driver's coverage rates? Just a thought.
Dude that's a tracker without a doubt the "airbag" sensor is to try and convince someone that it's supposed to be there, those things on the bottom are magnets so it can quickly be placed to a vehicle
that's a pricey piece of equipment. I'd say it's yours now, but I wouldn't keep it. I guarantee a SWAT team will break down your door at 2am to retrieve it. Give it to your lawyer and sue the shit out of your local police agency. Or place it on an old hunk of metal and dump it in the ocean. Someplace deep.
tacoma copblock If he has a cat that he pays so much a month for, they sometimes put a gps on it so they can trace it if he doesn't keep up with payments. Does he pay so much a week/month for his car?
maybe he should KEEP it tucked away till he finds out whats up. fuck that shit. id call a lawyer, then fig out who put it there. thats some bullshit if you ask me. the kid aint no terrorist. probrably likes his weed and cops in his area are bored as hell
Do you know anyone into electronics? I would try hooking up to the miniusb and the usb inside and in a hyperterminal or any serial port reader, try sending commands or unplugging and plugging in their battery and see what kind of data you get spewed out. Also what kind of frequency coming out the antenna, might give you a hint how 'close' anything is. check your house and your neighbors for anything that looks out of place as well (ESPECIALLY BUSHES or under plots of grass). That type of microcontroller they are using does have built in 'cellphone' capability. It's also a really high end one, those that develop for those have a lot of money to throw around same if you ever see XLINX brand micros. good luck to you, I"m guessing it is disabled, in the future I'd throw all kinds of false data at it you could (goto a desert and start talking in a giberish (but make it have patterns) ) make them sweat their asses off. Hell maybe do a reenactment, pretend you have 'one of theirs' and you're interrogating him LOL
The PVS8 CDMA Module is both a GPS Positioning Device and a Cellular Transmitter. The antenna is cellular. They were watching your ass in real time.... James Bond style..... Dot moving across the map. Exploit it, download 20TB of porn and shit via the cellular connection..........
A quick google search on the Cinterion company brought me to this website. m2m.gemalto.com/ It is a device made or wireless gps tracking. Also a bunch of other stuff that would be handy for businesses. But for cops it's strait up GPS.
call a lawyer first. idk what info u will be able to retrieve from it. but its not a good thing if its on your car. i can say its prob. a local PD that put it there.
There has been updates, but at this time i can not release any info about what we have. as soon as the lawyers allow me too, i will release what we have.
CIA or FBI trackers look nothing like that .This thing is an off the shelf tracker used by auto sales lots that sell to persons with "risky" financial histories so they can get their automobile back when you default the loan.Does not track by cell towers it pings fm for a receiver good for about 12 to 20 miles depending on the model and power. REPOMEN love em.
if it was law enforcement you wouldn’t find it easily , they use them for a reason they’ll try to hide it good enough for you not to find so if you found it easy, the car probably is leased and the gps is from dealership to use for repo
Heres how to test it...write a letter to your attorney stating that qhat youre about to do is a joke and you is i tended to find out who placed the bug there... then talk about blowing up your local cop shop whikst in the car.. 24 hours later once theyve had a chance to listen to it ( your car will be audio bugged as well) drive to your local cop shop then watch as they panic and try to jump you.. however you get your lawyer to atrend with the pre written note ....be funny as....
Excuse plz Sir if you are law enforcemnt be careful. Take that tracker to someone you trust . The ports you show on top of unit ,the long one, that is i believe an HDMI port. The other 3 little ports? Is one for pluging in an AC adapter? Either way you may be able to download to PC hard drive. Have you PC nerds ck it out. Peace be with you! Sir Al
Actually it's not illegal, even for civilian use because you can get "the same information" by just watching the car as a pedestrian or motorist. It therefore is not an invasion or privacy or an "intrusion on seclusion".
Wow i find myself in a similar case. Anyone got the legal detail on what is legal or illegal surveillance. I even saw a video on electronic harrastment. Make a sane man crazy!! I kid you not!! Freakn cooked ass pigs!!
@@davidbergaragonzalez5653 Here's your answer, because I think you're the type of individual that gives out misinformation instead of actual facts. In 2012, the Supreme Court gave law enforcement agencies the authority to place G.P.S tracking devices on an in individuals vehicle without the individual’s knowledge or consent. The only stipulation is that law enforcement must first obtain a search warrant. CNN would hire you
just lay down and obey, obey or die. all of you know this, lay down and obey or die. the message is clear from the police, they want you to get used to it. so open your house lay down and obey the law or die.
