If RA is not the guy that murdered Abby and Libby. My beautiful friend Anna, her family and friends, Libbys family and friends have went through all of these horrible, gut wrenching, painful details for still no closure. I am not by no means saying he is the murderer and I am not at all saying he is not. What I do know is the families have been in pain and Uncertainty for years and I do not have a connection with Libby’s family but, I know what Anna has gone through and it breaks my heart that I can’t fix this for her. She is a Beautiful soul and all I can ask you all is to please keep her, her family and Libby’s family in your thoughts and prayer
I think what’s happened with the video quality is because, this may sound strange, it’s a Saturday and more people have time to be on the mobile/cell internet. It happens all the time where I live, it starts when the kids get out from school and weekends especially in colder weather.
Scott Peterson was always calm,so was Casey Anthony and Leilani Simon and they all are killers and guilty, unfortunately Casey didn't pay for her crime.
From the way I’ve heard the terrain being described, does anyone know if footprints in and out of the crime scene have been shown in court? I would imagine there would have to footprints in and out of the CS.
I don’t know why they’re making such a big deal about his car he said where he was parked he told the police what he was wearing. RA is the best witness. Also he could’ve started to cover them up and then ran out of time or heard somebody and just stop not a big deal.
I do find it hard to believe that someone who keeps a bullet chambered would not have his gun on his person on the trail. But I am so disappointed that LE did not get someone to analyse BG in the video. I think that was a major oversight. The witnesses all agree they saw BG, but their descriptions do not match RA (witnesses are notoriously unreliable in their recollection). However, in my opinion the state have to establish that BG was RA through the video.
I’m waiting to hear more evidence about the casing. There are other options as to who it may belong to. Other guns were not ruled out. And it is not an exact science. I could not in good conscience convict someone based on the iffy evidence re the bullet casing. I want justice for Abby and Libby and that means convicting the correct person. I’m waiting
@@crimenurse8264 I wouldn't place it high on the list of conclusive evidence of his guilt, but to me it does form part of a circumstantial case. For me to find him guilty those confessions need to deliver facts that would otherwise not be known. I'm also interested in the timeline of those confessions. I just hope LE have not irreparably bungled this case so there can not be justice.
That was Keagan Kline (sp?). He is currently in prison for 40 some yrs for child porn. He had a social media acct pretending to be someone else, and was in contact with Libby. Initially, he said that he and his dad went to the trails that day, that his dad said he'd be back and left him in the car and returned some time later with bloody clothes. Keagan said they then drove off and his dad ditched some things in the river, including a knife. IDK what led to police clearing him.
I've not had a good feeling about him being the guy since he was arrested...what person is going to be in a breakroom at work with a sketch of the guy on the wall who did this and not be affected by it?? His height was wrong...too short. And wouldn't the witnesses go to CVS and get a prescription filled at SOME point??
The 2 sketches put out were very confusing....he might not be the guy....can't be cause of the video enhancement unless that took YEARS to complete...and yeah an innocent man WOULD get frustrated if asked 25 times if he did it ...and won't haldol make you hallucinate?? Doesn't seem like a good drug to produce a trustworthy confession to a murder
They weren't shot, but LE and an expert testified that an unspent cartridge can be determined as coming from RA's sig, because it was cycled through chamber then discharged.
No, but there is evidence that they were controlled with a gun. Libby stated that there was a gun in the video and it's been suggested that racking a gun can be heard. It's believed the unspent cartridge either fell out of his pocket or he racked his gun again at the crime scene to scare the girls.
