The system constantly fails us. Had he been in jail this beautiful young lady wld still be alive. When I was a teen (many years ago) the laws where a whole lot tougher on teens. Nowadays their getting lightly slapped on the wrist, released from confinement and placed back in the community to commit more crimes. Im tired of hearing about young ppl being murded. They are supposed to be our future and their being taken away without the opportunities to make something out of themselves....
But then, there's a problem with mandatory minimums or criminaizing young folks permanently labelling them for "minor" 'youthful' 1st offenses. It's a catch-22

They need to be given the death penalty. At some point the killing has to be held at a zero tolerance standard for senseless cases like this. People automatically assume a person can't make a 2 million dollar bond, although it doesn't happen often.. it does happen. Some people dnt even want to be bonded out so they are able to get all their back time from the county once sentence...if their convicted. I am a witness to it, my brother was given a 2 million dollar bond and everyone just knew he wasn't coming home. My mom said everyday "MY SON IS COMING HOME"...2 months later she posted his $2M bond and he came home on an extensive pre-trial surveillance monitor!! Ijs...never assume what people can and can't afford because you'll be surprised the lengths people will go to get their loved ones home..especially when their fighting a murder charge and knowing what their up against.

This is the result of kids raising kids and grandmothers in their 30s. In addition the justice system is also at fault for threating to put handcuffs on parents who discipline their children when they do wrong. There is a big difference between abuse and discipline. I raised my child who is grown now to be respectful and work hard in life to achieve his goals. If you are a parent you cannot allow the streets and gangs to raise your children. Period!!!!!
Another cold blooded murder. This time a beautiful girl who had a bright future ahead of her and these punks ended her life for nothing. Her blood is on the hands of the justice system who failed to convict them and keep them behind bars, knowing full well they had priors and were too dangerous to be out on the streets.

The guy who was killed his friends wanted get back asap… so the next day they stalked out the house and stalked both there social media accounts and knew when they were pulling up to the house. I’m from Jacksonville and from 45th street, that’s where her bf from…. Look up k shordy…. That was her bf…. After she died that’s when he was like Fukk it, and he turned into a lil demon after her death… before that, jit was relaxed
