Thing is the judge has to give the order to get that footage. They won’t allow it in this case as the officer punched the old lady in the face. And they will try to settle this out of court at all costs. The man will be offered millions to stay quiet. And the footage will not be shown in my opinion.
@@DarcMarc1066 does it need a premier in Hollywood or something? The reason it’s not being shown is because more than one officer will deserve to be sacked and jailed and it will show gross incompetence. It will also defeat the media objective and agenda. We see airport footage all the time in news. Usualy for delays etc. The place is covered in cctv.
@@DarcMarc1066 the lawyer can ask for it un-public access as film in public place, weather GMP does it, is down to them. But any filming in public can become as subject to data protection.
Total respect to the first retired officer who didn’t hide behind the thin blue line, I wish others would speak out like he did if they see wrongdoings from their fellow officers.
Retired being the key word, it's the ones on duty. we need to come forward. These incidents are happening on the weekly where just lucky someone had a phone here.

People close to the family have confirmed the police lady was hurt by another police officer trying to restrain an individual. Hence why the bodycam footage has not been released and why all three individuals who were attacked by the police have been released without charge. The body cam also shows the police attacking the elderly lady who now has a black eye. No one is mentioning this. This is a brutal attack, which needs exposing. The bodycam footage should be released as has been call for by the 3 individuals who were attacked.
No, the new video clearly shows the guy in light blue punching her in the face and her going down. The old lady got pushed over while getting in the way of her son attacking an officer so the people close to the family are lying.
He has violently assualted a restrained person. I cant understand why people are defending the Police The third caller ex officer advocating assaulting someone .. just wow
Its disgusting. Look at the aggressiveness and force of the kick, the head stamp, and the slamming of his knee into his back. What the fk was the officer trying to achieve with this. It's assault. Clear as day.
Sickening how the retired police officer - even at his age - carries so much rage and disrespect for human life. I can not imagine the crimes he committed as a police officer. Nasty human.
Watch again - he moved forward from the sitting position - slightly understandable he was reacting to what he could see happening to the guy on the ground.
I’m not anti police but I’m definitely opposed to people who can’t control their emotions in critical situations being in positions of authority. This police child needs not only sacking but prosecuting. We deserve better than to be overseen by people who can’t contain their own emotions.
I think the officer has to be suspended , on full pay for as long as he needs to recover , from this horrid entanglement with the radical Islamist brutal thugs who had launched full scale thuggery on innocent women and children. His mental health must be the countrys priority and wishing him a speedy recovery.
@@skylark386he is the sort of copper that gives the police a bad name. How many other times has he lost the rag and not been filmed doing it. Definitely not the first time he has done it?
Whatever you do please make sure to get him off the streets with a quickness! You have to set a precedence at the first moment that you can, that that behavior will not be tolerated or your police officers will start to act like the ones here in the States and that is not an example that you want to set! Please see the violent police force here in the states and do the exact opposite! The first caller was a class act, but the second caller has the mindset that has led to the crazy nonsense of the police force here in the states. Defending yourself while being attacked is one thing, but kicking someone in the head that has given up and is being compliant is a whole other matter. What he's talking about is getting revenge on someone for having disrespected you and that serves nothing. It will only escalate violence and resentment towards police officers and will cause police officers to lose the trust of the public and breed even more disrespect!
A policeman assaulted my 15 year old for smoking a cigarette. Granted, he shouldn't have been smoking but that doesn't warrant that cop grabbing him by the throat and throwing him into a shop window. My son had bruises in the shape of fingers on his neck for over a week. I complained and the cop was moved to another force but there's no doubt in my mind that the cop would do it again. Some cops are bad, its a fact!
@@chatham43probably the most ridiculous comment of the day. Some people are simply thick and I believe you fall into that category for attacking this lady’s parenting skills. You completely missed the point Karen.

@@chatham43 I'm reporting you to the police. I've printed out all the nasty comments you've said to me since last Christmas. Every single one of them is abusive. You should have left me alone when I told you to.
I suppose we should look at fundamental questions: Does giving police constables firearms and Pava spray, neither of which are legal for others, give the officers a boost to their ego which leads to escalation not deescalation in confrontations ?? Public order is about calmness not mob behaviour. The police seem to have lost the unarmed control/restraint skills of the past.
@@jdizzle1779its shame they not showing their body cams or the CCTV footage what do they have to hide especially the poor women who broke her nose 👃 so they say not seen it yet
This copper assaults a man on the floor instead of handcuffing him he leaves him to go and assault another man. If that was a member of the public doing this to two police officers he will still be in hospital and charged with GBH.

The fact that there was such a rush, by officers, to stop filming the moment he kicked the guy in the face. Well, that just says a lot about the way police protect and close ranks to defend those in the force who do wrong. This is why so many police districts are under corrective actions
Everyone knows this, but the black hatred and cursed spirits of some who are willing to accept any evil toward others just to satisfy the hatred in their hearts makes them defend the behavior of this criminal police only because the one who was attacked is a Muslim. If he were a non-Muslim, you would have seen them all attacking the policeman. It is the hatred and evil that is in the hearts, my friend
He kicked that poor guys head like jonny Wilkinson at Twickenham..zero care for that guys life..his colleagues were hurt earlier by someone so he was going to hurt someone in return...he should be sacked and prosecuted for gbh, attempted murderer..
The ONLY thing I'd have wanted to hear coming out of that officers mouth, were I his CO would be, "I'm so sorry gov, I completely lost the plot, here's my warrant card." He'll well know he's overstepped the line his job requires him not to cross. He's instantaneously undone the professionalism other better armed officers are regarded with, whom don't lose the plot when faced with a prone, very much subdued suspect. He's done them all no favours at all. He has no business in law enforcement full stop, as no-one needs him wasting yet more of the high level of training he will have received. GMP can make all the excuses it likes for him, 'It's being taken out of context, other officers were injured, firearms were at risk of being lost' and so on, but i'm afraid the total lack of professionalism, overrides all excuses given and for that reason alone, he's got to go.
@@colinjames2469nor does anyone else including the likes ofLeeanderthal and those saying the police can do no wrong and aare above the law. The police investigate they' re NOT judge jury and executioner.. Innocent until PROVEN guilty in a court of law. Which applies both to the victim and officer.

Entire team of the police officers involved in this horrific incident must be investigated. there may be a motive in this drama.then just a arresting matter.
One has to imagine that any police officer who is armed as they are at airports, may lose his temper and use the gun instead. But, police are or should be trained in these circumstances to get the situation under control not make things worse!
The man was already down and police clearly broken the law so the police should be punished more than that man who broke the law , if law is law then it should be all the same for everyone including the police officer,
Meting out justice as a cop. 🤔 Justice is levied by a judge, not some knothead with the educational background of a grocery clerk. Law AND Order... Order being the chain of procedure to enact law. He needs to be fired.
"I hope he doesn't lose his job." Are you having a laugh mate? If somebody did this outside a football ground, they'd get five years - minimum. Talk about one rule for us and one rule for them!
Officer bang out of order. This was just pure revenge for his colleague's being assulted. They have a duty of care. Force would have been justified if the guy was on his feet and an immediate threat. But already surrendered and laying belly down is 100% unjustified. Officer should be sacked and held accountable.
This is what happens when you get your news from 10 second clips, the man had just moments ago leapt to grab the gun of a female police officer (whos nose he broke btw) which is why they were so on edge. The police cannot use their hands if they have a gun so a foot was used.
Let’s remember this person violently assaulted 3 police officers, breaking a female police officers nose. These police offers were responding to a very violent individual. Before being judge and jury we need to wait and see the full footage - media coverage on this story is inflammatory - police are constantly up against social media, the officer was dealing with an extremely violent and abusive individual who had seriously assaulted his colleague and may have partially acted instinctively. Whilst I don’t ever condone this behaviour let’s try to look a the bigger picture.
Please remember he is a firearms officer with a gun in his hands he cant put the gun down he only has his feet he can use this is at an airport and security is a priority
It's such a SAD SAD & SICK Country that we treat CATS, DOGS & HORSES better and with more RESPECT than we treat our fellow Human Beings. Imagine what would have happened had I Kicked a Horse lying on the floor?
thank you for bringing this incident up to everybody’s attention that young kid was on the ground and the kick with boots was unacceptable. Thank you for shedding some light on it.
Watch the female officers actions and make your own mind up about her. The host should have asked the caller if police used "he went for my gun" as a generic excuse.
@Elezium well done. But they don't act on nothing. You've clearly missed that point haven't you. They wouldn't be trying to arrest him for saying morning would they? They wouldn't spray you with CS gas for being a polite citizen. 🙄
@@cassie8168what’s your point? No matter which way you look at it, the use of force was excessive and disproportionate. Lying on the floor, semi-conscious, not resisting arrest, with both arms/hands by his side in full view does not justify kicks to the head. If that was your family member, would you consider this assault acceptable?
@user-qw7es7lb1e my point is that he's done something to be in cuffs in the first place so he's not innocent. Every one sees half a video they don't see the start of the video. Exactly like the other videos. This one he's lunched a copper. Any one saying anything about him being physically harming someone before landing himself in cuffs. Either way he put himself in the situation in the first place.
@@cassie8168 perhaps go back and look at the video again because this is turning into a conversation based on your imagination. Nobody said anything about the guy being innocent. The whole point was that rather than placing him in cuffs, while the guy is semi-conscious, which the officer was aware of because the taser is visible, he CHOSE to repeatedly kick him in the head. You may be comfortable with your family/friends who are in a surrendered position being assaulted like this, most of us normal people aren’t. It is not for the police to dish out punishments just because someone isn’t innocent. Your inability to fathom such a basic point makes me feel sorry for your family.
This was clearly unreasonable force - 4.50 - says it all. However I was not there and it is always easy to pass judgement without all the facts. Lets be grateful ( as I am sure the Police officer is ) that the guy is still alive.
@DaportThelotwhat’s your point? One is a civilian. The other is a trained professional. Just because the victim’s skin colour isn’t white, it doesn’t diminish the brutality faced by him.
