Thanks for this Brendan, It's really amazing how many things can actually be used for these questions. The thing I found was that I actually have good things I can put down for answers but because I had put those things in the past behind my I couldn't immediately think of them.

For the final interview question, tell me a time when you’ve had to make a difficult decision can you use a personal decision that you found difficult? I’m thinking whether it may show a more personal side to me and hopefully get me more points. Thanks.

I find your videos very interesting, but I must admit this one lost me. It speaks volumes that you have to be your 'real self' at one interview, yet it is acceptable to just speak corporate nonsense at the other one? Surely you be 'yourself' all the time and give honest answers?!
