If a pot of water on the stove was a potential threat (WTF) then why didn't one of the officers go remove it and dump the water into the sink while the other officer (the "I"ll shoot you in the f-ing face cop) continue the unnecessary ID check? If a pot of water in her hand was a misperceive threat (of her religious words) why didn't the cop back up (and politely ask her to put it down)? Nope! I believe that she understood the situation . Thats why she stayed on the phone with the other police. she felt uneasy the whole time. There was no need for the officers to be in her house. It looks to me like they could have handled everything outside. She looked like she was not a threat and if the officer was scared that she was going throw water on him, he could have spoken to her gently and said put the pot down or pulled out his taser. To me , this shooting was not warranted and this officer should be punished.
