If you hit police computer you can pull more information up on them after they give you their id

Hey man, the reason you got police brutality is because when you aim at him with the taser he stops running and puts his hands up, but at that moment he surrenders you shoot him lol

So I aim the paddle at vehicles to stop them at a checkpoint, yet no vehicle will stop. I can’t get anyone to pull over. Suggestions?

It’s the way the car handles I have the same issue and have seen others have the same issue

Have you used the SUV? it's the vehicle after the crown Vic, it handles wayyyy better luckily.

With taxi stands and handicap zones, check the plates on the vehicle, it will tell you if they are a taxi or handicap user. focus in on it like you do when you check the expiry date on the plates. hope this helps :)

Is this the only time you get to do a traffic stop? Because I've only ever done the one at the beginning of the game, never been called out to do another one since.
