Kev, I'm 72 and been at this game for 51 yrs and still at it. One thing i have learned in situations like this is even if it means holding traffic, always walk in to a site and check the exit first. Welcome to London and learn to keep your cool.
Hi John, great advice but I don't think leaving my truck outside the site blocking both lane would end well I think everyone would just be kicking off 😂 72 and still trucking, good job doing what you love doing best, keep it up 😎👍
Love watching you kev . Fantastic drivin my ansum . My drive thro tiny streets exeter 😮 ...loved it ! Did good ..reversing, on test pad ...cones etc ..2 go's 1 shunt ...did ok ...but then kinda lost it for test ? ....40 yrs of tractor trailer reversing kinda learned me bad habits !!! Obviously same principle but in cab with mirrors ....i needed to take my head for a shit !! Beating myself up now . Loved the M5 .. You re great going into London ....challenges do us all good ! Proud of ee
Nicely done bro ! 👌👌👌 Iv been to a few drops like that in the past when I was still driving ! F.....g ridiculous sending an artic into building sites like that ! 😡
and they wonder why HGV is a stressful job. Where i used to work they had artics plus rigid and drags "Demountables". The drag trailers had wheels on each corner and were a tw@t to maneuver
Hi Kev, how ya doin mate? London is one on its own mate, I drive a coach into central London on a regular basis mate, and the amount of stupidity on the roads is unbelievable mate! Great video, thanks for sharing 👍🏽 😀 👊🏾
@Dontoyzy777 so after looking at the situation when I arrived my front end would have been in the mud If I just drove straight forward and it was to wet for my unit to be in if I have to much weight on it acts as a anchor point which is harder for me to get out.. but where that forklift reversed all the way back was dry so I took that option 🙂
