Polina is an incredible singer... she has a voice as strong as Celine Dion.... a stage presence as powerful as Beyoncé... and a beauty without comparison. She's a popstar queen. Then you look at Episode 10 and you are blown away by her performance, literally a world class superstar performance... then you see the video of her after she finished that song... you see a girl crumbling on herself, crying from tremendous pain... then someone explain that she hurts herself quite badly during the rehearsal, that doctors advise her to stop the competition, she refused because too many people were counting on her. She choose to overcome the pain and to make the recording anyway. She's a wonderful human beeing and I have the utmost repect for her. She's a fighter. I hope I'll be so lucky to go at one of her concert...
Regarding Polina, I have heard singers and vocal coaches mention that Polina remains in chest voice higher into her range than females typically do which affords her a unique, rich tone. "Cuckoo" which you've already listened to is just phenomenal. Her performances of "Hurt" (Christina Aguilera cover) and "A Million Voices" on Singer 2019 are also very nice.

It is completely recognizable with her glubokimi dark tone .You listen to the radio and you know it,Oh! It's Pauline! And plus to this she is a versatile singer, can sing everything from lyrics to rock.Captures the viewer with its energy and charisma. Yes,and a very beautiful woman!

Hi Terry! I highly recommend that you listen to some songs from Hua Chenyu. He competed on The Singer 2018, in between Dimash in 2017 and Polina Gagarina in 2019.
