EFCC has the right to indict Yaya Bello and after the indictment the court will issue a warrant for his arrest. It’s then that Yaya Bello can hire an attorney for his defense. Nobody has the right to defend the ex governor, doing so will amount to obstruction of justice.

BULL! Arrests are made often before a trial. A charge should be brought within 48 hours. If a charged is made the defendent can apply for bail.

A lot has to be done to bring justice to the Nigerian judiciary. The Nigerian judiciary is absolutely CORRUPT, considering the impunity with which many of the judges manipulate cases.

I agree with the prof on this. If you have all the evidence you need, what are you calling him to explain for. Charge him and let him go and explain in court.
