@@rachmatzulfiqar Don't they stream 1080p? I can guess that full res live2d models could be 4k if not even 8k. Since, I never worked with live2d but 15-20 mbps bitrate for streaming should be enough.
I gotta say, her laugh is more new, cutting edge, and refined than pekora’s, while pekora’s laugh has a slight almost unnoticeable, car engine like start before it goes and so it's more messy. however, the messy does gave it a rustic and rough feel which enhances and give each laugh it’s own uniqueness. while polka’s laugh is more refined and smooth. both is good in their own way, and no I did not spent half an hour hearing their laugh and analyze it

I remember how my PC was once that awful. Needless to say I had to flatten the case with a hammer a few times after I went on 'overclocking' it with my fist. It did work sometimes though.
