Campaigns still have a way to go. Vivek is at 8% and he was at 0%. They all will rise or plateau or falter as the debates reveal who every Republican wants. Debates should happen anyway even if people are not swayed by what they say. Then the winner must be followed to see if he/she does what they said in the debates.

Debates can be entertaining. Remember when Kamala called Joe Biden a racist, the. Became his vice president? Everything they say to each other is merely a show. It’s to be taken with a grain of salt. Republicans and Democrats are essentially on the same team, Them vs the People, so I’m not so sure why someone supports one side and hates another, as all not does is enable these people to stay on power.

DeSantis is most likely betting on being the GOP's last candidate standing.....assuming Trump's legal cases finally de-rail him. Twice I voted against Trump once in 15, then again in 2020 and although I don't like his harcore MAGA voters. This country has gotten out of control. Especially with the whole migrant thing. The majority of these polls are done by cold calling registrations. It's not a very accurate way to poll, because the bulk of people who will pick up the phone, and take the survery skew old.

I am not a big Trump lover. Love his policies but not the chaos and childish antics he brings with him. But Ron DeSantis has the charisma of a chapped azzz. He motivates very few. Even if you add up all the other candidates polling percentages and add them to DeSantis, Trump still wins by a ~15% margin. And, a surprise showing by one of the others would be like 10% polling tops, so I think the chances for an alternative to Trump being selected is quite low.

@@justhair17 Just because bad people have shown up around him, doesn’t mean he’s bad too. It’s like saying you or I worked with or are related to someone that did something bad so we’re therefore guilty by association. That is not good logic. I respect your opinion though.

@@lindseysanders3656 the thing is, its him who appointed those bad people, he was their boss, not a coworker. And I dont want a President who keeps appointing RINOs who dont care about tue country

@@lindseysanders3656 Trump has his own agenda but he certainly did put some Rinos in charge of departments. John Bolton, etc. He loved Wikileaks but once agent Mike Pompeo talked to him Trump said he never heard of them. Julian Assange who revealed the Hilary debacle waa persecuted by Pompeo who still wants him and Snowden executed. I think Trump wanted to drain the swamp, but that idea came from Steve Bannon. I don't think Trump knows how to handle the beaurocracy. Trump is more happy fighting in the trenches. Vivik "Rammy" is the better option to get the beaurocracy efficient and focused again.
