#DontDoWhatDaveDid - This is not a "how to" install airbags the correct way but more so "how I" decided to do it on the day. Probably could have picked a safer way, cut less corners and could probably do it faster. But hey, that's what all the serious videos are about and I don't do serious. If your considering airbags for your ute, check out my way of installing (by no means recommended) and sit back for some entertainment.

I did the same thing on our y62 but used dishwashing liquid instead of cable ties and slipped them in. Cheers

I have air lift on my Nissan, but US, so don't know if Aussie has air lift.

Hey Mate, just watched this video, I have a standard D23 RX Navara with Factory Coils in the rear, Would the airbags work inside the factory Springs? Cheers Mate

I think you would need to upgrade the coils, stock springs are too thin

Hey mate just received the same kit and mine only came with 1 set of the lift blocks Was wondering where u ordered your kit from?

Not a bad way to get the bag , but if you too much load in the tray + heavy tow ball + too higher pressure in the bags = cracked or bend chassis. Ian

Not with a coil rear end only happens with leaf spring vehicles

Interested to know, did you ever actually put the heat shield on ? I'm about to setup in Y62 and wondering if its really necessary..?

Interesting that these cane with spacers for your lift. I bought the airbag man ones ordered the 2” and have always had a big gap so im unable to get full height back

Simeon Lever airbag man supplied specific height bags for my lifted vehicle. No spacers on the bottom only top protection one. Steve 🇦🇺

My D23 with rear coil springs is much bouncier than my old D40. Feels like cheap compared to the old one. I don't get why people praise it all over the world for its smooth ride. Will these bags solve my problem?
