I agree! Polygyny is a hard pill to swallow for a woman. Because women are emotional and consider polygyny similar to polyamory. Nonetheless they cannot reject the ayah of quran and the permissibility of polygyny. If women are being rationale and understand men are naturally polygynous, it can work out. Trying to keep the jelousy aside, loving the co wives as sisters, and respecting the husband, it can work out. But unfortunately, women start resenting their husbands

Allah did not make polygamy obligatory. He just allowed. Best of all, he suggested monogamy.

Women also have the right to refuse. Hazrat Fatima denied this. And empathize. Do you want to share your wife with 4 men? Let go of the jealousy too. A woman who loves is jealous, no one has to share her spouse. You are jealous of yourself, why shouldn't the other person be jealous? Women cheat just as much as men.
