I've ben sculpting miniature gingerbread house from polymer clay since 2008 :)
The roof tiles are extruded tubes of clay, (using a clay extruder) baked and then cut in slices.

I think my mouth always opens slightly when I see those tiny little things you add to other tiny things with more tiny details to eventually become a big miracle in a tiny size :)

Your gingerbread houses are so great! But what tool do you use for cutting your clay? I have never been able to find anything that cuts polymerclay so precisely without squishing the clay

I use blades. Those you use to shave.

+Selena Rose that one, not sure, as when you film it always takes longer. But usually I sculpt tiny houses in 1 to 3 hours. Not counting making the candy.

not really, as gingerbread houses vary greatly in size

This house is really detailed and cute ^^~ but may I ask is the blue mold you used for the biscuits also clay or did you add something to it ? Thank you ^^

+shahi chan it's a two part silicone mold. You have one white and one blue silicone putty, you mix them together and they will dry within 10 minutes.
