This girl is inspiring millions to return to the roots & live with the earth. She is a hero. She just made heaven on earth . She made everything wonderful wow, this is how we should live as a human being.
Now this is living. Dinner with family, eating homecooked meal from homegrown ingredients. Wish we could all live like this, sharing simple moments like this everyday.
It's really amazing to see how crafty they are with their tools for the kitchen and also outside. Their baskets, pickling/cooking pots, fruit stick, etc Very practical living. Love this channel. Makes me love cooking even more.

I wanted to comment to say something similar, but you said it so much better. I love that she lists the ingredients without confusion and then (unlike another good channel) engages us in the end. It feels intimate - like we're a part of the scene before us.

Love pomegranates, as soon as they’re available I buy many! Taught our three Sons to eat them, and now both Grandsons eat them, especially our youngest Grandson! Their Mom said they go through five or six a week! ☺️
She knows how to cook with everything and what I found interesting is that food. That comes form villages are actually interesting to taste and discovery 🙂
You amaze me on ur cooking skills. Going out in the fields with Dawang or Nephew collecting fresh vegs/fruits is so interesting and relaxing to watch. Your truly gifted. 👌🏽🐕♥️

I prefer her videos than liziqi. There is something wholesome about how she feeds her family and share food. To me, mei hua has more the rustic feel that i like.
Did anyone else notice how we (sisters) love our brothers🤗 Penji never lets ahao carry the fruits or vegetables even though he's grown taller and stronger than her now.
hello your recipe chicken with tripe soup "masarap" in our language its delicious, plus the wine just like grandpa's said its delicious too, keep on vlogging am your fan from the philippines.........keep safe you all
Thanks to the people in the comments for their love, and thanks to the bloggers for promoting Chinese cuisine. There are many kinds of Chinese cuisine. If you are interested in foreign friends, you are also welcome to visit China to taste the cuisine! ! !❤️❤️❤️

I love to see you use herbs like Dang Shen and Gu Qi Zi and Jujube Dates in your cooking. These are herbs that I've studied and am familiar with as an herbalist. You have given a great example of how food and medicine are truly one. I enjoyed this video and all of them that you make! Keep up the good work!

hello I'm from Indonesia, I don't know why I really like the way you cook, especially when looking for something in the fields, keep up the spirit brother:)
Anybody else start salivating when they cracked that pomegranate open? I love pomegranates! I used to get the craziest looks for bringing them in my school lunches in the winter as a kid 20+ yrs ago in the USA, before most people knew what the heck they were (to eat off of, not to eat the whole fruit obviously). I'm sure the Asian and Indian kids just wondered why the white girl got to bring the good fruit for lunch. 🤣 (An Indian friend of mine did ask to share one of mine in high school; I was more than happy to share. 😀)
