Will Brew this Beer as my next brew, but with another Yeast because it still have to many others that need to go😂 Litte Question why is the missing of the Sound around 04:13 I don't want to miss any information😂. Thanks for the Recipe.
Hi David, thanks again for another qaulity video. I would love to attempt this one soon, where would i find this recipe? I usually find them on brewfather?
Thank you. You can find the recipe in full in this videos description, which is between the video window and comments section. There is also a link to the recipe on Brewfather there too. Check out my new Pomona recipe too here:- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZJEr-KL9tUc.htmlsi=GK1igfKHWS5DBviS
This is a another great video and clear recipe. Thanks for sharing! Question, do you dry hop in primary? In my experience I have noticed that if I do that method, my hop flavor when a pressure transfer to a keg decreases. Any tips to avoid this? Should I a dry hop on secondary or just keg hop?
Thank you. Dry hopping is something I usually do in primary because seldom do I feel the need for secondary these days. But when I first started in was normal to use secondary for all beers. If I want a more powerful dry hop then I dry hop in both the fermenter and the keg. Doing in just the keg is more of a slow release style.
Thank you for the video i enjoyed it. Without dry hopping how long is usually to long for a beer to be left in a fermenter? Today i discovered that the yeast i gues? Left on the top that is sticking onto the wall of the fermenter was of dark color from light yeast color to some parts black... Was my beer now contaminated?
If you are using a stainless steel fermenter than this discoloration of the yeast is very normal. I dont know the exact reaction that is taking place but it has happened on every beer ive made in a stainless fermenter.
@@DavidHeathHomebrew any ETA on the 11g format availability ? The 500g has been out for quite a while, it's a pain in the ... to wait that long just for packaging issues.
@frigorifix I was originally told by Lallemand that Pomona should be available during this summer but then an update came that this may stretch into September. Fingers crossed its soon, this is a great yeast.
