@@eswar2607 we 7 of them shared our room which cost us only 8000 for 4 night two room and for food per person it will take 2000-2500 based on food you choose I had only taken 4000 and had a balance of 500 and made some purchase. If you are going with family it will cost you much more
Your videos is really good and informative ...Need some idea over one thing, like except scotty there is any other cheaper means to travel around the locations in Pondicherry?
Thanks aakash. You can always go around in a bicycle if you want or stay in a part where most of the interesting places are nearby so you can always walk. Other than that, you can take autos but they won't be as cheap as going around in a bicycle or scooty

Hi Nitin. Our stay at Villa du Ocean was fantastic. The rooftop pool and the breakfast spread are extremely good. I was there during March so it's best if you get the current covid guidelines for Pondy from a news source.

Hi. We got the Vespa from the market area near the clock tower at Bussy Street. You can find lots of scooters parked in various places in and around that area so you have lots of options to choose from.
Hi Sanku. You'll find quite a few places for bike/scooty rentals in mg road, that's where we rented from. Prices are pretty similar so you wouldn't have to worry. Do carry a govt id.
If you're staying in the French colony, you can easily cover all the awesome cafes, restaurants and the Rock Beach. Keep a day for Auroville and another for Paradise Beach as the Paradise Beach has a LOT of activities to indulge in if you're interested. You can also visit the Aurobindo Ashram even though it's going to be a super small tour owing to covid. They also have a handicrafts bazaar during daytime near Rock Beach that you can visit as well
There are no AC buses from chennai airport to pondicherry I think so...you need to reach Koyambedu his station from airport through metro....from Koyambedu you will get AC buses .....they will charge you arround INR 500 PP
Can you suggest cheap shopping places? I am a shoppaholic but low on money, that would be helpful, also if I am coming by flight then what area I should stay in to cover 3 days and to explore pondicherry
