Mi first part chusinaka I went to watch the film in theater. One of the best movie in INdian Cinema drirected by Maniratnam. Records apart, this is a must watch movie in theater to feel the experience. Madyalo oka scene untade..........that scene shows the rivalry between Nandhini and Kundhvai. If Mani Ratnam wants he couldve taken commercial liberties, but he tried to narrate the story with nuances through the visual medium, music, detailing, etc. That's the most honest thing to do for a novel like PS. It is actually not difficult to understand, u just need to focus and pay complete attention. He had almost succeeded and I'm sure PS-2 would blow your minds if u clearly understood PS-1.
