The dungeon/wine cellar is accessed though a steel trapdoor on the green which I believe you can see off centre to the left and down of the frame at 0:38
What did they use for mortar in Tudor times? It seriously stands the test of time. It was part lime, right? Please, what else was used to make the mixture that held the stones together?
