The ‘68 models were gorgeous. My buddy (now deceased) had a ‘68 Catalina convertible - fire engine red with a white top. The car was totaled when he hit a piano that had fallen off a flatbed truck. He said the last thing he remembered before waking up in the hospital was “all those keys”.
Wonderful car. The cam angle is very nice, too. 🕶👍😃 Thank you very much for sharing. US V8 for ever. 👍 Greetings from germany. Full size is the one and only.
Very nice! I bought one of these in the late 90s for 1200 bucks and began to restore it. Then some a hole talking on a cell phone t boned me and totaled it. I got 7 g from the insurance company.
One thing I love about cars pre 2010 is how comfortable the seats were because the headrests were small and comfortable. Not these huge hard as a rock things they call headrests in cars today. Makes me want to buy a beatiful old classic like this.
Basically describes every American cars in the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. However, due to the preferences of Americans, families increasing in size due to the heavily increasing birth rate back then and wanting a bigger car (Well, Post WWII Baby Boom to be specific), and a lot more, they had to make their cars long in order to appeal them.
