I want to say 6 or 8. But I also don't stay a ton of power.

What size hole saw did you use for your speedometer and tachometer? I have ordered the same ones.

@@davidmcneil9832 the instructions gave me the size. I used a caliber because I thought the instructions were too big. Can't remember.

About $7000 for the boat itself. I got a brand new trailer at $3000. The fencing was the biggest expense. You're far better if you refinish your existing fence.

I bolted it through the console. Because it has an angle at that spot you can't see the bolts from the other side. GPS was accurate to my phone.

It was 2 or 4ga. I can't remember. The box is vented.

Just some big grommet I got off Amazon.

It's molded to be free standing

@@averagediyguy2503 yeah seems strong enough. Had an old boat mechanic telling me it needed it . He's just not familiar with these newer consoles. Thanks for your input.

Garagezilla One more question for you..... Where did you the alum tube you used to mount your shifter? I’d like to replicate that type of mounting and I can’t find that tubing (with the rounded outer edge). I’m re-using my fencing otherwise I’d just cut a chunk out of there. Suggestions? Thx

It was scrap tubing from the old fence. If you can find a used boat parts place near you it won't be hard to get some cheap.
