She looks great but she needs to make sunscreen her best friend. She had a lot of sun damage for her age! She also needs a good skin care routine with tretinoin included.
@Sk, this procedure by this doctor isn’t for the common man or woman. It’s for clients who can afford it. It’s “dirty” I know, but when you have a skill that is better than average you can charge whatever you want. He doesn’t have to do as many procedures as well which eliminates the swinging door of patients. I’m looking into the tread left... have you heard about that procedure?

@@DustBeGoneByDawn Also, if you google his work, there are a couple of people who gave bad reviews with their true after surgery pictures. Wish this greedy business oriented plastic surgeon come down in his ridiculous price so general public can afford. Not just celebs and high profile people.
I feel your frustration but like I said , he doesn’t have to come down on his prices. There are plenty of other plastic surgeons who will fit more modest budgets. As for the reviews... I used to work for a nation wide plastic surgery group many years ago... it’s hard fetched to find ANY surgeon without at least a few bad reviews. People sometimes have unrealistic expectations then expect a miracle. I’ve never thought about going under the knife until recently and even still I’m going to keep focusing on my diet and exercising before I seriously consider it.
She was pretty before but after the surgery she is really beautiful. Those aqua eyes stand out! And her face looks more delicate, refreshed and feminine. Just gorgeous! I want this!
It's incredible how skillfully Dr. Kao handles each case. (I subscribe to his publications). Many other aesthetic doctors should take serious lessons from him, especially the artistic vision of the natural of human figures.
@@sassylrhg , However, looking carefully, I think that this patient in the video also had ... sex change. (He has Adam's apple very visible). Which makes Dr. Kao even more valuable in what he did ! The patient acquired even more femininity through this facial cosmetic surgery.

So wonderful work Dr Kao and clever woman who don't wait too long for rejuvenating her face and neck. I'm this kind of patient who doesn't wait for my face to be too discrepit. However, many doctors or surgeons do not take us seriously and just try to sell us fillers, neurotoxins, threads, lasers etc... this kind of unsatisfactory and temporary solutions when we know what's wrong with our face. @@ryanborder189 that’s just crazy. They also puts down Korea, Thailand and other places. US Docs overcharge and no aftercare. A quarter of the price in Korea. Just remember any cosmetic surgery is a marriage without divorce. Wishing all woman to do what makes them happy. Do it for you.
damn cant believe she is 35! i thought she was 45 or late 40s. these results brought her to 38 or so. most of her issues are skin care, her pores, wrinkles, sun damage. so much could have been prevented. paying 40k for a surgery when ordinary skin care costs like $4 a bottle lol. Spf, some chemical peels, botox, good skin products if she had started in her 20s she could have looked less old.
She is beautiful even before the surgery. After she looks refreshed and gorgeous. This doctor always makes the upper lip much shorter and that may not look as good on someone who isn’t model perfect like the ladies in his videos. What about some average ladies who aren’t models or former models?
I had " in-office corn removal" feet surgery @ 19. Dr cut the tendons on all my toes to ease " hammertoes" . As simple as it was , I still get pain 3o + years later. These videos dont tell about any long term pain or regrets.
At 35! Omg she will need two more in her lifetime. At 35 she looks like she is in her mid 40's. Surgery isn't gonna fix bad genetics. Well, for a few years it will I guess. She does look way better and totally natural.

Seeious question - can an over prominent brow bone (just like in the video) be taken down surgerically somehow? This is the first video I have seen that addresses the brow bone. I've been looking but found nothing.
You're an awesome surgeon....I'd say she doesn't look much younger actually...the ones you do in their 50's are so incredible...35 not so much...she's too young and I feel it aged her....but you are amazing
So what happens when she is 55 or 65?? Can she have more lifting & pulling surgery? Is there a limit? What about all her sun damage?? Will laser fix that? Norwegian ladies should stay out of the sun! She looks great!
The results of the Ponytail Facelift will last for the rest of her life. Yes, if she chooses, she will be able to have any other surgery she desires. Yes i do a laser treatment that can resurface the skin.
I was horrified at the post surgery photos! The chin is unusually large/prominent! I can just imagine what a caricature of the patient would look like! The patient looked pretty before. Now? Not at all! HUGE mistake! I'm praying for her. Glad she thinks she looks great.🙏
For the eyes I think that the result is outstanding and also the chin was nicely lifted, but her mouth and lips are liftet too high towards the nose, for me that changes the natural proportions too much and isn t prettier than before. For her age she had very sundamaged skin (or maybe she smoked?) so she should be more careful in the future and maybe it would be helpful to treat her skin with vitamin A and fruitacids against big pores. For me she was pretty before, but had prematured skin what was an issue obviously.
I would love to come to meet you for face lift. But I am not sure with this current Covid problem would be possible!! I wished you could do surgery in Europe
I.wish the plastic surgeon would come up with a method to just pull eyebrows ip where they used to be and not arch them. Some people have always had straight eyebrows and the arch looks terrible. Like BrookShields or Sharon Stone... the eyebrows went with the face.
