South Goa TCP court judge is very bad, every time giving dates, he must ask whatever documents he wants ask one time, every time asking and giving dates, so I think people will go to the grave but mutation will not be done. Only Pooja Sharma can get in one day.
Staff are on duty on Sundays and absent on week days that is why Pooja Sharma was smart we Goans be smart now her paper work in a day and for goans takes years and years if agree

CM THIS IS FROM ME TOO,After my mom expired in June 10 2023 and in a month I had gone to panjim in so so office to apply for her birth certificate, did all the documents paid the fees and was told to.come in 10 workings days so I went in 20 days to collect was told still not ready came back , went in 15 days says still not ready went in another 10days still not ready so said forget about that certificate,So now you CM I'm asking you for one certificate it's takes so long or they want money this type of things never happens in Europe or gulf our government staffs are C ????????t and I told them to keep the birth certificate for yourself I'll tell my mom to collect it.

If I need residency certificate from panchayat, they ask us for unnecessary documents like bank statement and witness signature, when it is not mentioned in Goa Online list of documents. But for an outsider everything is possible. Money talks😂😂😂😂😂
That’s the thing. If we goans ask for a document, we have to run pillar to post. For outsiders it’s alright. Arrey, as an outsider you can get even a residency certificate if you do an internship for one year in Goa, as per mamlatdar office. But for a Niz Goenkar born abroad, I won’t even get one, even when my parents are Goan. What an irony 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Very sad. Sawant roots are not from Goa. There was a famine in India and people were dying of starvation. The Portuguese felt sorry for these people as there was plenty of food in Goa. So the Portuguese opehed the gates and let these people in. Today, these people call themselves Goans and they are ruling over Goa. The Portuguese made a big mistake!!!
